 Emerald      Emerald's first reaction when she heard the sudden gunfire screaming through the air was lowering her upper body slightly, and covering her head with her hands as though bullets just would miss her magically if she did.Whatever was going on, while she hated guns and would much rather not get shot, there was that caring side of her that wanted to stop hiding,and help. The thing was, she didn't know who was the ally or foe at this point. Due to her being gone for so long, she was under the impression that ShinRa was still bad, so this was all a large dose of confusion for the green haired serenitian. Then, suddenly there was a crimson-haired man there, his words caused her to lower her hands ever so slightly, so that she was sort of peeking out through her fingers at him, for some, it was the cutest most puzzled look known to man.He would hear soft voice just barely speak.."H-huh? " She blinked at him, her emerald green orbs seemed so lost, up until he suddenly grabbed her and replaced every emotion she had with fear! Why did he have a pistol at her head? Why was this even happening?!
This young man was quite speedy, too. Everything happened so fast, before she knew it she was picked up and taken away, where she would find herself now by one of the exit's. "...You did..all that to get away from them? " She asked him softly,a slight nervousness in her voice as she looked away, toward what was now coming into view. A massive airship.. "...Wait...You don't really expect me to go with you? You got away...Y-you don't need me anymore! "

  Rikku had only arrived back in Midgar a few hours ago. Since unpacking, Al Bhed engineer seemed to have extra energy that she needed to burn off. So fatefully, Rikku had made to bring a decision to walk around Midgar to see what she could get into. Almost half skipping down the street, bored green swirled eyes scanned around looking for anything that could pique her interest. Breathing a huge sigh, Rikku spoke to herself, "I. Am. So. Bored. I'm not tired enough to sleep, and I would love to to actually DO something..."That, as fate would have it, was when the long blonde young woman heard gunfire. Instantly, Rikku snapped out of her doldrum and suddenly looked around for the source of commotion, "Well well well. Ask and you shall receive. Tee hee."Rikku half bounded off / half skipped to the scene of the hostage situation. Arching a blonde eyebrow, the Al Bhed spied the redheaded pirate hijacking the greenette hostage. As the unlikely pair evaded the ShinRa force, the blonde ball of energy easily followed. Peeking over a short wall, green eyes spy upon the short exchange between pirate and hostage – duly noting the greenette's unwillingness to follow the pirate to his airship. Action was called for. Yes!!!Coming out from seemingly nowhere, Rikku stood in a defensive stance armed the pair of Kukui. The athletic blonde seem to almost dance lightly on her feet, ready to strike like a panther in any moment, "Hey Dog-Breath! Why don't you just let the girl go, and get out of here before I cut you up into steak tartare!"

The Winged Terror The skies hold limitless freedom to all and they are mine to sail  daisuke smirked as he got near his airship and chuckled abit "ah not a man in shinra that can catch me it seems, thanks for the help lass and you can thank me later for getting you out of their line of fire" he said to her as he let her go, he smiled at her at gave her a bow "I'm daisuke turner captain of the glory dawn sky pirates, and to answer your question it's your choice. Join me on the glory dawn.....or be questioned by shinra?" He then chuckled a bit as if right on cue he could see the militia on their way here. Also coming really out of no where was a young blonde women "man I'm really finding all the women today, to bad I dislike blondes who insult me, oh well take the girl if you want but those shinra troops might have questions for her about me" he said to her almost coldly. "Aye choske is the meteria all secured and ready for transport?" He called out as he began climbing the rope ladder on the the side of the ship. aye sir everything is good to go! a voice called out in return "good good! Prepare the engine and get us off the ground" he then looked back down to the two women below him and smirked "last chance to get a free airship ride ladies" he said to them rather confidently.  I am Captian Turner of the Dawn Pirates and a member of Avalanche! Now who says Piracy is a bad thing?

Emerald The situation only grew more stranger by the second. She was free to go as she wished, though, when she realized his words were true about ShinRa heading there way, her thoughts began to mix. She was no hateful person, Emerald cherished all life, but when it came to these people she was unsure. They were dangerous, and not to be trusted as she knew.She could take her chances with these pirates, or become another victim of ShinRa's and Ryosuke's. She was a serentian, after all. Looking into the direction of the troops, the green haired women sighed heavily. "I don't know what is the better choice...but..I don't want to be near anyone of ShinRa." She said quietly to herself, as if questioning what would be the correct method here.
"If...I was to stay with you, where will you go? " Then, she heard another voice, that of a young teenage girl of blond hair. Quite the spunky one, too. What Emerald would say may seem even stranger to her, as first it came off as looking to be a kidnapping, and now not so much as she became more willing to go along. "I- I should go with them after all...I don't want to be anywhere near those who have to do with the ShinRa..." She said down to the girl. "I'm sorry for this...I think I will be alright with pirates.." Emerald didn't exactly fit in with Midgar, so maybe it was for the best. Stranger things had happened in her life, and sometimes she had learned to take the stranger things as a sign of something better.
After a moment of thought, she too grabbed a hold of the robe ladder, attempting to quickly pull herself up onto the massive ship.

It took Rikku a few seconds to consider the offer. She'd remembered ShinRa's reputation as the corporation was described her by others. As Emerald began to ascend the ladder, the Al Bhed native put her Kukui away and flung several smoke grenades in the direction of the oncoming ShinRa soldiers. Pulling a grapple cord from seemingly out of nowhere, Rikku fired the device upward. The grapple hook expanded its talons to hook the railing on the side of the airship. A small motor inside the handheld device whirled to life. The Al Bhed engineer quickly ascended passed the pirate captain and the lady in the kimono, "Last one up is a rotten Yowie egg!!!"Once reaching the railing of the airship, the blonde girl halted in a forward somersault landing easily on her feet with catlike grace. Glancing over the side, swirled green eyes regarded the pirate captain and his other guest, "Do you two need any help down there?"

- Nowi -    It was now a few days since Lissa, Eve and the other's split ways after ariving in Marvel City, but it was also that very day Lissa had been reuinited with her friend, Nowi! That had become quite a day, after so long of thinking it was only her in these strange lands, her fear of never seeing home again, or her friends and Chrom could lighten now as a little hope shined that if she was here, surely, someday soon she would see them here too. Azura had told Lissa about Midgar, and suggested she go there for the same reason just about everyone would be doing without even knowing a single one of them but the mermaid, and now Eve.Of course she took her advice, and told Nowi here. It was one big surprise to her that her little friend knew of the city already, and thus knew exactly where to go!
Unfortunately, Nowi didn't think flying into a city in her current form was at all alarming, and found a nice open area within the streets where she came to a gentle landing.People typically ran screaming, and those with arm began to get into their own defensive stance. What did they really think they could do to a dragon with nearly impenetrable scales? These humans weren't so brilliant on the other hand, should be an evil dragon she could eliminate the without even trying. "...I think you scared them, maybe landing like this in a city full of humans wasn't the best idea?!" Lissa carefully got off with the help of Nowi lowering slightly, and quickly got in front of her dragon-friend. "It's alright! She's not going to hurt anyone! " Some lowered their weapons, while others remained with caution. To many things have happened in this city to fully trust the words of anyone, no matter how innocent they seemed.
And it was at that moment, the dragon form would soon shift into that of a human-like girl of lime-green hair, and violet colored eyes with elf-like ears. The girl looked young, but was far from that. "Hee,hee~ That's right..Not~going~to~ hurt~anyone! " Finally, the last of the alarmed men lowered their weapons, only to watch the two girls for a few moments before they took off. "..Awww...That's not a warm welcome! I didn't get to tell you my name! " Well, whatever! They were here now. Though she wasn't sure she wanted to find this mansion just yet, this city made her curious, she had known of this place from various people, though never went inside. This..was her first trip in the big city. "Lisssaaaa! Let's go explore..Maybe find something to eat, too! I'm s-t-a-r-v-i-n-g! "

 Olivia    Unfortunately for Miku, she couldn't -really- make her go inside the mansion if she was that uncomfortable. So, before she had even gotten close to those doors, Olivia slipped herself away, and rushed into the city.This matter had nothing to do with her, and there for she had no right to interfere with her presence. As she continued to walk throughout the city, the only sight she could say was soothing to look at was the large fountain where she now took a seat. The water was illuminated by the lighting inside and out around the fountain, making it that much more beautiful...
Just then, a little growl of what sounded like a little feline, or more so, a young cub in that line. Turning her head a little to the side of the fountain, what she saw made her gasp in surprise. The cutest little animal she had ever seen! ...What was it, though? A cat? A lion cub? It was a rusty orangeish-red, with deep yellow eyes, she noticed there was two pink bangles on it's left paw, which said Nanakita. So it had to be a female cub by the looks and sound of it. "Oh...how sweet! " She could hardly control herself before she picked the little feline up, and cuddled it into her arms. "Aren't you just the most adorable kitty ever! "

  - Shiro -  "Careful, that one there is bound to cause you more trouble then you might want.." A young man's voice came from the other side of the fountain, smirking slightly toward Nanakita, who in return shot him a little growl. "Nanakita, otherwise known as trouble. " He continued to say as he walked toward the two, and eventually sat down next to her. "Let me guess, judging by that..interesting outfit, you aren't from here...If I were you, I would go to the nearest store and get a new one..Or a robe, whatever you prefer. Out here it's the land of the weirdo's..And they always come out more at night.." The blond man shrugged, a little helpful advice didn't hurt...He just hoped he didn't offend her somehow, judging by the sudden silence he was receiving...

Rikku looked toward Emerald and shrugged, "I just don't like 'em because they push people around. I hate bossy people... eh?" Rikku's cellphone went off, and confused green swirled eyes darted down at her waist, "Who would be calling me? Yunie??" Acquiring the cell from one of her waist pockets off her belt, the blonde Al Bhed examined the display -- reading the text message from Zack, "Fryd dra ralg?.... Something's going on with Avalanche at the Mansion. Ummm... Crap.... ummmm.... M..Maybe I should go." The Al Bhed looked a little crestfallen.

Emerald "Something happening with Avalanche? " She asked her again, in a slight whisper but just loud enough for her to make it out. She was friends with them, of course, though very distant and rarely around for the longest time, she still cared about the group. "....I'm sorry, but we should go..I couldn't abandon them like this.." There was still time to get down, as the airship hadn't yet taken off..."You go first, if you are going back, i'll follow.." Only because she would slow the energetic one down, Emerald wasn't exactly the quickest paced girl when it came to climbing things...At least, not in this form.

Rikku made a cut nod, and turned toward the Captain, "Sorry Captain Dood, Eme and I have to fly. Duty calls. Stop by the Avalanche Mansion sometime. We'll have fun." Giving a wink and a blown kiss, the Al Bhed turned back toward Emerald, "Here, you use this hook to slide down after I get down and tether the line." After handing the device to the greenette, Rikku tethered a grapple to the railing and held the repelling cord attached. Climbing up on the top edge of the railing, the short acrobat made a swan drive from the airship, "KOWABUNGA!!!Diving over the side, Rikku had the line attached to her belt. She slid her sneakers on a house spire to slow herself down to land safely on a roof. Quickly tethering the line and bringing it tight. Standing up and holding the line to catch Emerald, Rikku yelled up to the airship, "It's ready! Come on down!! I'll catch you!!"

Emerald It seemed this adventure would be put at a halt, if Avalanche needed them, then that was first priority over anything else. Turning now to Rikku, the emerald green haired women blinked in puzzlement as she explained what she needed to do. Why did her stomache turn suddenly? She would trust this hook with her life? Oh, this would be a thrilling experience! "Um...Are you sure about this? " She had to ask, though her voice came off as so soft and quiet, through the noise of the wind hearing her would be pretty impossible. She would just have to trust this girl! "Oh, goodness..I can't believe i'm doing this.." She said as she slowly began to move toward the railing. "...I-I'll see you again, maybe..! " One had to think did she mean 'maybe' as if this jump would be the end of her, or that she might just see him at the mansion? One could hope.
"Okay...I can do this! " Emerald's hands began to shake as she reached up to place the hook where it needed to be, and at the same time while holding onto it, she stepped up and balanced herself on the railing. As soon as Rikku called her down, with a quick close of her eyes, she took slid herself down, letting the hook take her to where she hoped would be Rikku!

Rikku watched Emerald climb over the railing nervously, and waited until the greenette slid down the line. Keeping the line tight as the other girl slid down. When Emerald was almost to the roof, the blonde Al Bhed wrapped her arms around the girl and used her body to cushion the landing, "Oooofff!!!! Wow, that was fun!!! We'll have to try that again some time!! Anyway, let's get back to the Mansion."Rikku then hit a switch on the other end of the cord the Al Bhed had descended on -- and the device disengaged from the railing of the airship and condensed down into a small palm shaped object. Once the device was tucked away, the tanned blonde waved at the airship, "Bye! Take care and have fun playing with Shin'Ra!!!!"
