Shinzu moved quickly below the log, and launching an upwards kick he sent it into the air. He'd dropped as low as he could this time, and in fact it was the lowest he'd managed to drop thusfar, before kicking the log. Thanks to this he had gotten a better angle on the kick and sent it highter into the air. Moving back quickly Shinzu watched the log fall back to the ground with a dull thud Roll (17) + Str (8 ) = 25 vs 18 Pass 3/10 (+2 to your next roll)

Shinzu moved quickly to set up the log, not wishing to waste any more time then was absolutely necessary. Following his theme of moving quickly to learn the technique Shinzu more to within a foot of the log in the blink of an eye. Just as quickly his leg shot up and into the midsection of said log. In mere moments the log was several feet into the air, and Shinzu was a few yards away. Roll (19) + Str (8 ) = 27 vs 18 Pass 4/10
Moving swoftly Shinzu actually managed to catch the log and set it down, backing away to see if it fell over. A few moments later it began to fall over, and before it was even halfway to the ground Shinzu caught it on his shoulder, and with a grunt he set it back up, and turned it so as to dig it into the ground. Returning too his starting position Shinzu took a deep breath and attacked the lot, once again sending it into the air. Roll (17) + Str (8 ) = 25 vs 18 Pass 5/10 (+2 to your next roll)

Panting Shinzu lifted the log back into position with a grunt, and with a nod he walked away from it. Unlike before it stayed perfectly in place, which Shinzu was happy about, less work for him. Taking a breath and letting it out Shinzu disappeared from the spot he was. A mere moment later he appeared in front of the log his leg already extending, and then connecting with the log, sending it into the air. As with most training it was all starting to come down to a smooth rythme, kick, reset, kick, reset, repeat. Which was okay for Shinzu since when it came to learning Taijutsu technqiues it always came down to memorisizing the motions. Thus he carried on, setting up the log so it would not fall over, and then kicking it again so as to send it into the air. Roll (20) + Str (8 ) = 27 vs 18 AutoPass 8/10
A pattern being formed was a good thing, as it meant that he was getting close to knowing the technqiue to such an extent as to move on to the next stage. Shinzu could feel that sort of knowledge come over him as he reset the log and himself. Repeating his previous performances Shinzu ran towards the log, dropped to the ground, and launched it into the air. Roll (12) + Str (8 ) = 20 vs 18 Pass 9/10 (+2 to your next roll)

Ok this was going to be it, Shinzu just knew it, plus he was growing bored of kicking a log into the air. Breathing in deeply Shinzu then let out the air in his lungs, focusing himself for the final blow. Then he was gone in a flash, and but moments later the log was into the air and coming back to the ground. A few seconds after he had breathed in and out Shinzu was over standing by a tree. Roll (13) + Str (8 ) = 21 vs 18 Pass 10/10 (+2 to your next roll)

With the first Stage now finished Shinzu pulled out the copy of the taijutsu scroll he'd made. Okay there was only one portion of the jutsu left, he had to put the first and second steps together, as well as keep track of the target as he did so. Seemed simple enough to Shinzu, so with a nod he stood up and reset the log, before returning to the position he had been at during the previous stage. Roll (15) + Str (8 ) = 21 vs 18 Pass 1/10
In a matter of seconds Shinzu charged the log and kicked it into the air, but it moved faster then he thought it would be. He was able to keep track of the log as it went through the air. However he couldn't keep the subsequent kicks on target, and had to move away from the log before they both landed back on the ground. Moving back to where he read the scroll Shinzu looked at it. Roll ( cool + Str (8 ) = 21 vs 18 Fail 1/10
After studying it for a minute Shinzu rolled it back up and stored it in his ninja pack on his left hip. He'd have to slow down jsut a little, so he could keep track of the log enough so his follwoing hits could hit it. After rolling it up Shinzu moved quickly back to the log and kicked it. Once, twice, three times, with each kick the log went just a little bit higher off of the ground. Roll (11) + Str (8 ) = 21 vs 18 Pass 2/10
Shinzu kept going with his kicks, slowly rising further and further off the ground. Finally as he and the log got several yards off the ground Shinzu raised up his foot to finish the technique off. Lifting his leg above the top of the log Shinzu pulled it down, heeling drop the log to the ground. A moment after the long landed in the dirt, bouncing slightly, Shinzu landed beside it. Roll (11) + Str (8 ) = 21 vs 18 Pass 3/10
Shinzu smiled as he landed next to the log, that was incredibly fun! Wasting no time he grabbed the log and lifted it back into an upright position. Making sure it was secure for a second Shinzu went after it. His kicks went quickly up the up the log, which it self slowly went off the ground, as did Shinzu. His kicks were perfectly placed, and when it grew time to do the heel drop it was equally as effective, this time the log smashed into the ground. Roll (20) + Str (8 ) = 21 vs 18 Pass 5/10

Shinzu landed next to the log panting heavily, the strain of this technique was incredible. It was so great that he was brough right to the edge of opening the first gate, which was crazy. Panting and sweaty heavily Shinzu had to sit on top of the log and drink some water, pouring some on his hair for added effect. Standing up and stretching slightly he determined that it was time to continue on with the technique. Roll (5) + Dex (7) = 12 vs 18 Fail 5/10
Getting near one end of the log Shinzu lifted it up with grunt onto his shoulder, and started walking towards the base, thus slowly raising it up. After around thirty seconds later Shinzu had the log raised completely on it's end and had returned to the front of the log. After taking a breath once he got there Shinzu went after the log, each of his kicks lifting it further and further into the air before bringing down a deadly heel drop on top of it. Roll (17) + Dex (7) = 24 vs 18 Pass 6/10
Returning to thr ground with a slight bounce in his step Shinzu quickly moved to the far end of the log and lifted it back up. Needless to say Shinzu was excited at this point, he was having the most fun, up to this point in his life, he'd ever had. Once again Shinzu left the spot he was standing at, only to be seen hitting the log with three well timed and perfectly placed kicks, taking it into the air. Mere moments after his last kick hit the log was brought back to earth from a devastating heal drop. Roll (19) + Dex (7) = 26 vs 18 Pass 7/10
It was amazing that it was happening so quickly but Shinzu could feel the same feeling he had felt at the end of the last stage of the technqiue. That of knowing that he almost knew this portion through muscle memory. It was even more significant this time around, Shinzu thought as he kicked the log higher and higher into the air, in that he was on the cusp of mastering the technique as a whole. Landing back to the ground Shinzu smiled as he thought about that, he was almost done with the technique! Roll (14) + Dex (7) = 21 vs 18 Pass 8/10
Shinzu was almsot finished with the technqiue and he knew it, and he grew cocky because of it. If he could just do it faster this time around he would have it, after all he'd been slowly speeding up this entire time. What he didn't factor in was the precisely timing it took to make sure all the kicks were in order. So as he kicked the log as quickly as possible he was in fact getting it no where near as high as possible. He only noticed this when he had to abandon the attack when preparing his heel drop, as the log had dropped out of range. Roll (7) + Dex (7) = 14 vs 18 Fail 8/10

'Damn.' Shinzu thought as he landed on the ground, he'd let his cockiness get the better of him again, he had to reign it in if he was ever going to finish. So as he reset the logs he took a deep breath and did his best to calm himself. This time as he returned to his starting postion he was focused entirely on relaxing himself and wanted nothing more then to complete the technique to the best of his ability. While he still moved quickly Shinzu focused on making each kick just right, and by the time it came to perform the heel drop, the log was at just the right height. Roll (20) + Dex (7) = Auto vs 18 AutoPass 10/10

Tenko watched as Shinzu kicked around the log. He sat back and watched lazily. He seemed to be doing well without Tenko's help. So he sat there and watched quietly, learning what he possibly could. He watched as Shinzu finished and Tenko left to get the log to use it for his own training. He picked it up and spun it into the ground, digging a hole for it to say upright whilst he hit it. Smiled happily as he piled the dug up dirt around the log to make a slightly better base. He hoped that it would be enough. He had never really done anything like this in general but the best way to learn was from doing.
He wiped his brow as he turned his head back and forth searchingly. He was looking for another log. He hoped he would find out. He found one that was slightly smaller than the log he was toting around before. He took a deep breath and began to walk over to the log. Once at it he noticed it was probably bigger than the other one. He let out an exasperated sigh as he began to wrap his arms around it, in an attempt to carry it by the other. He groaned and fell onto his butt holding the log in his lap. He sighed as he tried to wiggle his way free. He thought he would at least be able to move a little from out underneath that thing.

Tenko used what little brute strength he had. It wasn't a lot but it was enough to lift it enough to slide out from underneath it. He panted slightly as he grabbed the edge of the log and started to pull it towards the other log. He took a deep breath as he went behind it and began to push. As he pushed the log from behind he exhaled slowly. He stopped mid way to take a short breather. He didn't think it was going to be this heavy but either way he decided to continue onward. He needed a rope or something to tie to log and then to his back. He pushed the log, foot by foot, as it slowly made its way to where the other log was.

Tenko looked at the two logs there and smiled. 'Good. All I need now is just one more.' He groaned as he began to lift the log up. It broke pretty cleanly so all he needed was an even spot and the weight would hold it down. He smiled as rolled it onto his knees. He took a momentary breather as he then pushed the log up and onto the flat part, causing it to stand straight up. He spun around it as he held on tightly. It began to slowly dig down into the ground. He smiled and stopped. He swayed slightly as he took the dirt that was spun out and packed it in around the base of the log. He leaned back and admired his handy work.

Tenko nodded proudly at the log he had just set up. He was quite happy with the job he was doing on those logs. He was going to make his own little makeshift dojo for training a few things. He nodded to himself and continued to look around for a new viable piece of wood. He tilted his head to the side as he thought he saw one that would be perfect for him. He walked over and smiled as he found out just how right he was. It was a thick log propped on its side. He smiled as he grabbed it and started to drag it toward the other logs. His smile grew as he let it drop from his arms and rolled on the ground a little ways.
He took a deep breath as he watched it roll for a little while. He put his foot against the log, causing it to stop its rolling. He smiled as the force sent him back a little. It was fun moving logs. He bent over and tucked his hands underneath the bulk of the log. He smiled and groaned as he strained his muscles to try and lift it up. The bulk of the log slowly shifted upwards as he began to lift the log higher and higher. He managed to raise the log up to his shoulder and let it rest there as he began to pant. It was harder than he had originally thought that it would have been. He took a deep breath and smiled, but suddenly the log shifted during his breath and started to roll off. He knew if he tried to stop it that it would take his arm with it, so the moment he felt it roll off his shoulder, he side stepped as quickly as possible as the log gave a deep thunk as it hit the ground.

Tenko sighed as a small smile rested upon his lips. He slowly walked over to the log and decided to give it a second go. This time he wouldn't take a break. He prepared himself as he looked at the log. He took a deep breath and put himself into the work. He smiled as he pulled the log up to his knees and then, slowly but surely, managed to push it upright and level. He slowly twisted it until it was in the right position and then from there he continued to pile dirt around the base of the log. He took a step back to look at his work and take pride in it. There were three logs in a slight arc. 'Perfect for training.' He thought to himself.

Tenko went to his bag and got out his puppet. 'Now would be as good a time as any to finish THAT jutsu.' he thought to himself. He set the bag on the side of one of the three logs. He smiled as he set his puppet on the ground in front of the middle log and took a few steps back. He held out his hand as he focused on his chakra. It was becoming easier but he hadn't mastered it fully quite yet. He smiled as he felt his chakra slowly move up through his body. His smile grew as it moved into the tips of his fingers. He sent out the chakra strings but the paths went askew and veered off in different directions. He sighed as he released his chakra. He didn't know what he did wrong.
He just shrugged and ignored it. It happens every now and then if someone isn't used to it. The thought of that logic seemed sound to him. He focused his chakra once more. Is slowly rose up from his sea of chakra, well a sea is pushing it and it was probably more like a pool but regardless. He directed the flow to his fingers once more as he took a deep breath. He focused at aiming at the specific parts where his fingers would connect. The strings shot out of the tips of his fingers and latched onto the small toy puppet. He smiled as he began to move it around a little bit. He made the puppet take a fighting stance and start punching the log.
