Though there was a smile on her face, tears were streaming down Sunny's face. "Oh Kibo, don't be ridiculous! No matter what the circumstances there is always a way for true happiness. Even in the bleakest of times if one holds out then things will get better... Afterall, things have to get worse before they get better. And I know, I know... You think I'm being naive about this whole thing... That no matter how bright the outlook you can't change fate.... But deep in my heart I truly believe that there's a.... a.... A happy ending for everyone! They just have to strive for it sometimes!" she said, choking back her sympathetic tears and hugging him tightly. "Storm is very strong, nothing can hold her back but herself" she whispered, believing every word.
((What's really sad is I totally believe my own words in this. I'm a diehard optimist... sweatdrop Dying breed, my friends.... I feel like a new age Disney Princess.... SPEAKING OF GO SEE 'Enchanted'!!!! OMFG IT'S SO AWESOME GOOD!!!!))

[ xp I hate Disney's princessess. You exchange one hair colour for another, one colour of eyes, and their dress, and you've got an Cinderelle, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White, all in one convient package! stressed I blame Disney completly for the idea of an hour-glass shaped pile of bones is attractive.
Seriously, before then, the European styled beauties (you know, petite, dark-haired, plump) were the ideal women of choice. Then that damned Walt came along and ruined that for a Holocaust look. talk2hand ]

"so srry to interrupt such a tragically romantic moment, but i was wondering how long you were going to leave me out there, with your dresses that you wanted so badly...." she held up the three, four, maybe even five dresses in her hands. she raised her eyebrow and gave Sunny a look.

"Oh! Aubry!!! I'm so sorry!" Sunny yelped, helping unload Aubry's arms as she wiped at her eyes. "Here, lets get these to my chambers..." she said, quickly steering Aubry belowdecks, getting the hint Kibo needed a moment to himself.
((I live for Disney... Maybe because I fit the hourglass figure exotic eyes and shiny hair stereotype. Personally Belle is my fave... I can relate to her. 3nodding But you'd like 'Enchanted'. It's a Disney movie that makes fun of it's early predecessors. Very fun. YOU might even crack a smile))

And I did see Enchanted. It was funny but...meh, not my type of picture show. I'm sure it will please you to know, that not only did I crack a smile, but I laughed as well. rolleyes

I didn't see Enchanted. Instead, I saw The Mist. Made me want to slam my head into a wall. gonk ))
Kibo gasps in desperation as Sunny leaves the room. He even went as far as to stretch his hand outward towards her unseeing back. He needed her with him. The last time he had felt this bad, and was alone on his ship, he had had a nervous breakdown, after almost hanging himself in his room. He quickly hits the knife and fork out of his immediate reach, before hiding his eyes again in his arm, imagining Sunny was still standing there, keeping him from doing something he'd regret with a loving glare.

Sunny stopped in the hall, having heard the clatter of the flatware on the floor of the kitchen. She gave Aubry an apologetic glance, knowing by her friend's expression that all was understood. "I'm sorry" she said sincerely before turning and running back into the kitchen.
"Kibo? Kibo, what's wrong?" she partly asked and partly demanded, gripping his arm hard in her fear for him. "Are you alright?" she asked, knowing that the answer was a resounding 'NO' yet asking all the same.

Kibo wrenches his arm free, and lifts his head from his now tear-stained sleeves, his eyes expressing more sorrow than the most desperate wail could ever show.
Kibo: P-please, t-take the red s-s-syringe from my pack. It-It's a tra-tranquilizer.
Anita had made the substance after Kibo's first experience, in case it ever happened again. It was made to relax Kibo's mind, rather than just the muscles, so it would make Kibo sleep without any adverse side effects.

Sunny followed his orders unhappily, but held off from administering the needle. "K-Kibo... I'm fairly errr.... squemish around n-needles... c-can you do i-i-it y-yourself?" she shuddered, handling the syringe as if it were contaminated. "I'm quite sorry... I j-just..." she felt terrible but her fear was getting the best of her.

Kibo shudders as a mist comes off his right arm. Anita fades into view, grabbing the needle out of Sunny's hand, and grabbing Kibo's collar. She hauls him onto the table, face-down, and pulls down the collar of his shirt, the needle finding a home at the base of Kibo's neck. Kibo's fast breathing begins to slow, and within a minute he was unconscious. Anita holds up the needle, and it disappears. She pats Sunny reassuringly on the shoulder.
Anita: Don't worry about him, huh? He's constantly having to fight off evil spirits from controlling his mind, he has a crapload of emotions that he has to keep locked up, he's an Admiral, and to top it all off, he has to keep all of the ships in his fleet, the spirits on those ships, in existence. He'll be alright. He just needs some rest.

Sunny nodded dumbly, looking at Kibo to make sure all was well until her eyes rolled up into her head and she crashed to the floor. She'd been holding off her faint to make she he'd be fine but after seeing the needle and the neck and just... It was no wonder the poor girl fainted. Her fear of needles was phobia-worthy and she'd actually TOUCHED it!!!

Anita picks her up, placing her in a chair beside Kibo. She cocks her head, before taking each of their hands and entwining them, stepping back and smiling.
Anita: How cute those two look together.

"it actually gets quite annoying after a while.... sure they look cute with each other, but have you ever had a full conversation with Sunny? she talks about the subject that you are on, and then five minutes later, 'i wonder what Kibo's doing'.... ugh..." Aubry tells Anita. "im sure that Kibo is almost the same... he's known her for how long? and they are already past the head over heels in love...."
