I guess I should say hellos again since I havent been here in a bit. Im Kali and Im an 8th grader. 1st chair clarinet and also 1st chair oboeist and just picked up alto saxaphone. I love my clarinet the most and always will. Im planning on majoring in music performance/compostion because well..... music is my life. I spend a couple of days a week at colleges working with the professors and then over the summer Im at camps so as you can see...... not much life out of band. So anyway HELLOS everyone and I guess we are all part of a family since we all do so play the lovely clarinet.

yey horay clarinets well im a freshmen at leander high school and i have played the clarinet for 4 years now 3nodding but im not a confident player thats my only problem with mes confused

Woot A whole bunch of clarinetists I've never met so many.. even though our clarinets are like 14 of us^^ I've been playing for 6 years^^

I'm a first chair clarinetist out of somewhere around 20 clarinet players.
I've played the clarinet since I was about 7 years old. I'm now 13.
I also play the bass clarinet.
I loveeee the clarinet soooo much.
*glomps clarinets*
I pretty much love all music though.
I'm a right proper band geek. (:

Okay, I've been part of this guild for a few months and I like to think I've seen a good majority of the posts. Have any of you ever seen those threads that advertise musician jokes? Ever notice how most of them are pro-trumpet? I can't find any pro-clarinet ones. So I'm looking for some and it'd be awesome if people pm'ed me with jokes or links. Or, if you're particularly creative, create your own and send them to me.

I have been playing clarinet since Sept. 2006. I am not that good... I squeak sometimes. Yet I know two octaves for most of the sccales I know... not too much to say

Hey everyone!
I'm Katherine
And I've been playing clarinet for four (going on five) years.
It doesn't seem like its been that long...
I'm a freshman in highschool,
And marching is not my thing yet.
I'm currently going to try to teach my neighbor how to play the clarinet =]

Woo clarinets!
I play clarinet and I have for about...um...I think this is my 6th year playing. First chair in concert band but next year I will be last because I won't be in the freshman band anymore. Oh well. I also march clarinet! Clarinets are fricken sweet.
