ImNoHero Vintrict So, Hero, what are your thoughts on him deliberately not posting and thus not actually having a fight? This is an issue that we as judges have made a decision on fixing for the remainder of the tournament, and if it had been in place already, you'd be in round two. laughingoctopus.jpg.avi.mp4

Next tournament...you can fix that issue but to apply it after people have lost the opportunity to capitalize on it is seriously no good. You pretty much have to leave this tournament as is at this point and continue learning from the mistakes.

I think there is nothing wrong with changes during the tournament when there is a problem but...even if there was no rule change...you shouldn't do it, because thats cheating. Willfully not responding for a tactical advantage is really ******** up and while you may win the round, your reputation should suffer. As I'm sure OutlawD's rep has suffered in the eyes of many. Not that he should care about what we think, but that is the case. RP in a social game. As such, what people think is very important.

ImNoHero Perhaps you should be Silver.... And Vin, I can tell you that that isn't the reason 'why', but you are the kind of guy to ignore such a fact and stick to your own opinion. Or so I believe. That also wouldn't explain why one of the other judges voted in his favor as well....And perhaps only Zan voted in your favor because you guys are friends. eek Hey.....I resent that insinuation. Calling me a friend of Vin....for shame on you. Like I'd ever sink that low. LoL. All joking aside....that was uncool man.

Besides, in your case, it would have made no difference as your opponent didn't fail to post DELIBERATELY. Our new rule is for those that just refuse to post for one reason or another. Unless a judge has a match on pause for a problem.

There is severe problem with changing the rules mid-tournament... it ruins the credibility of the tournament itself and it's victor.
