Ari gave Musica a blinding smile. "... Sie könnten jedoch auch einfach nur einen Fetisch für junge Mädchen, ja? Aber, hätte ich nichts dagegen beginnt dort, wo wir aufgehört haben! Schoßhund oder nicht," she replied cheekily. Ari then saw her best friend topple off the stage. The smile fell from her face. Vanessa! she shrieked. Jumping off the stage, she slid to Nessa’s side. She was thrashing now, and Ari swatted the others away. ”Go, go! Shoo! Give her some air! Vanessa… Nessa, come back, ok? Try to focus!” she said. She held Nessa’s head between her forearms as Nessa struggled as if fighting off a monster.

It was evident Ari had been through this sort of thing before, possibly multiple times. Nessa’s thrashing increased, her body going rigid. Suddenly, she froze. It could have been funny, but it was more grotesque. Her limbs seemed to lose their rigidity after a few seconds, and the girl went limp with a low, mournful cry that seemed to carry through the small café. Ari relaxed as her friend did, pulling Nessa’s upper body into her lap to cradle her.

(Translation: ... however, you might just have a fetish for young girls, yes? However, I wouldn't mind picking up where we left off someday, soon! Lap dog or not.)

The last thing Nessa remembered was falling. Now, everywhere hurt. She was aware she was on the ground, had fallen off a stage in front of a s**t-ton of people, and had her new friends gathered around her… but she couldn’t make her body respond. The Visions kept pulling her down, down, and down until she thought she might drown. It hurt too, the images… they hurt! This was the worst it had been in a long time, and she just wanted to die. ’Make it STOP!’ she tried to beg, but all that escaped her was a pitiful moan. Mercifully, however, it stopped, and Nessa sank into unconsciousness.

"Wake up, Nessa!" Ari commanded, gently tapping the side of her friend's face. The girl's eyelids fluttered, and she mumbled something unintelligible. "What was that?" Ari asked, unable to quite catch what she's said. The mumble came again, this time a little louder. "... Sorry, Ness, you really have to speak up!" she said, worried.

"THIS IS WHY I DON'T OPERATE HEAVY MACHINERY," Nessa shouted, her eyes flying open.

((I'm sorry for being so flighty the past couple days, guys... I'm feeling a bit out of it recently, and, to be honest, rather ADHD. Which is odd, since I'm one of those people that can sit and watch paint dry and not get bored or fidgety.

((...Anyway, thank you for being patient. I hope this passes soon. It's totally throwing off my groove, man... D:>))

{{And you're back already, Rrine?? Awesome!! biggrin }}

Ever hadn't heard Ari at first. She was so consumed with joy at what Ares said that she was only focusing on him.

She put her free hand on the side of Ares' face, leaned up, and kissed him deeply and thoroughly. Her other hand that was holding Ares' gripped his hand tighter.

Okay. This freaky chick was officially a weirdo. Evermore could never seem to give him a normal reaction to anything, big or small, and played them down or up respectively.

Not that he was complaining right now, to be honest.

He kissed her back, his free hand finding her waist to rest there. His thumb rubbed gently, in a calming manner. Whatever she was thinking was beyond him (but, honestly, he'd never been one to think too much unless war was somehow involved, and even then...), so the reasons for the impromptu kiss were up in the air, but he just went with it.

Albtraum Der Angst
Bo looked away quickly, not used to receiving compliments from girls. Especially cute girls. "T-thank y-y-you Aurora. Maybe that wasn't the best of ideas." He was pushing his two index fingers together as a nervous habit. "He seems to have a bit of a temper. Especially when us MuRong twins are involved."

Aurora smiled at him, leaning forwards slightly, onto the counter. "He does seem to react in an unbecoming manner... I hope it passes. It would not do for him to decide that he truly does not like you, especially since I find myself becoming very fond of your company." She narrowly avoided being even more blunt than she normally was and outright admitting that she was starting to like him... in that way that would often have fathers or older brothers worried.

She wondered if Altan was now something of her 'older brother,' or if Crush would be filling that role--assuming he got the chance, that is. She also wondered what her dad would think of Bo MuRong, as well as her mom. She got the feeling that her mom would warm up to the boy immediately, though she was less sure of her dad, who might like Bo and might just be his (rather awkward) somewhat anti-social normal (does that even work for him?) quiet self.

Musica looked her over once quickly, but before he could respond fast enough she was already on the ground with her friend. He saw the flash of fear go across his daughters face as she was pushed away and his heart ached deeply within his chest. Which shocked him, he actually had a heart? He'd spent so many years unemotional, he'd forgotten he still had the basic organ of life. Calmly he walked over to the edge of the stage and looked down at the convulsing teen, recognizing this famliar scene. Something he'd never told anyone was that his mother saw visions, which was one of the reasons the Gods kept an eye on her. With of course Baldr keeping a too close watch on her. Remembering vaguely he knew that she couldn't handle these images with her mortal body, so as the images remained within her mind they inflicted pain upon the weak body. If he could just help remove those images from her mind and make them visible, he could more than likely help her. "Aye, she needs to release her visions from her mind and that might perhaps relieve some pain. I may be of some assistance. Maybe convert the mental images into visible light that can be seen outside her mind." He wasn't sure it'd work, or that he was even right. Just putting it out there he smiled, readying one of his potions in case the girl became too overcome with pain. He hated to see pain, having watched his parents being ripped away from him because of their old age and his mothers powers to be taken to the ghettos of Germany.

((If this interferes with anything you have in mind Rrine I can change it, I just thought I'd put it out there.))

Surprisingly, Ever did not even hear the commotion around her. She was so absorbed in Ares that nothing else seemed to exist around her at the moment. Sure, a lot of it probably had to do with the fact that he was the God of War. But more than that, she cared about him greatly. So getting to kiss him again right now consumed all of her attention.

She ran one of her hands down Ares' side, and when she brushed against his leather pants, she smirked against his lips. She pulled back just slightly so that she could speak against his lips.

"You know... As much as I love this outfit you wear, I don't think it will work for the party."

Nessa smiled as she saw Ari smile at her comment, giving a nervous laugh. "Thanks... but I can handle it. I've tried converting my visions before, but it doesn't work. I have specific visions that are made to be drawn, specific ones I am meant to write, and specific ones I am meant to see. I didn’t see anything this time, though… just flashes,” she said, opening her eyes. They were nearly completely red. This often happened during her episodes. The pressure would cause blood vessels to break, and the whites of her eyes would be red with the blood for a while. It grossed people out usually. ”… but thanks for the offer. I’m enough of a freak without the contents of my freakiness on display like MTV.”

Grunting, and with Ari’s help, she got to her feet. She was still horribly pale, and her eyes were grotesquely red, but she was alive. ”… thanks everyone, but I’m really fine. This happens a lot, so just go with it! Hence the fact that I never drive, have never been in theatrical productions, and don’t operate heavy machinery. I’m a walking epilepsy attack waiting to happen… except with visions, not seizures.”

Musica put his hands in his pocket and shrugged. Thank Odin he didn't have to try that one, making a fool out of himself if it hadn't worked would have been horrible. The potion might be of some assistance though, he'd used it when he'd given Ari her own vision temporarily. Taking out a flask from his pocket that contained a bitter, yet effective liquid, he held it up in the air slightly. "You could drink this then at least. It'll bring back your energy and stamina. Make you less sickly." Luckily the crowd had shrunk from this incident in the middle of their lovely night. Still many loyal customers lingered, waiting to head out to Suki's party at the same time. In the corner lingered the woman herself. She was being watched by a ghost, waiting to see if he could use this somewhat familiar woman to help him get his body back. If at least get the body of his son.

Nessa took the bottle, and drank all of it in a gulp. It was terribly bitter, but she did feel a bit better. "Thanks!" she gasped, gagging slightly. She was shaking now a tiny bit. The flashes in her mind meant a changing future... things were going to happen tonight that would change the course of their destinies. For a moment, she almost suggested forgetting the party and going back to school. Her gut was screaming for her not to go, and to take her new friends with her. However, the keyword was 'almost'... all she did was keep her mouth shut. Evermore wouldn't listen anyways.

Musica took the flask back and examined the empty contents. It'd be really bad if he needed this later tonight, who knows what sorts of trouble he'd get into tonight with his other half roaming around. How could one describe the relationship between him and the spirit? It wasn't his soul, if it was why did he have emotion? It wasn't his demigod half or his mortal half, so what was Nikolaus? Was he his yang? That was it, Musica was the yin part of the soul and Nikolaus was the yang. Yet, he knew he was not good in the least. He was still capable of thinking evilly and having selfish thoughts. It was getting late, best not to think of such things.

Jumping down from the stage he stood near the group and looked amongst them. He really didn't want any of them at this party. The last thing he needed was a pissy headmistress. Musica didn't care that they'd get a good look at his lifestyle. Why should he care? He'd lived this way all his life, and a couple of young opinions weren't to change it. Standing tall he watched the small crowd sitting at their tables, filling the room with their small talk. Quickly he made a glance over at Ari, his eyes looking dark and tired. He felt he might have to travel abroad again sometime. This area was causing him too much drama in his simple life.

Ari stood with her friend, making sure she wouldn't topple. She glanced at Musica, meaning to thank him, but found his eyes already on her, dark and sad. She didn't like that look. "Sei nicht traurig, die Liebe. Lächeln!"

(Don't be sad, love. Smile!)
