Luthien looked over at the new arrival, and felt a little sorry for him. He looked very shy to her. She contemplated talking with. She was about to say something to him, when her hound nuzzled her leg with his cold nose. "Naule!" She rubbed his head and behind his ears. "Bad Naule." She tapped his nose with her slender finger, and the dog looked away, ashamed. Even though he knew she was just playing with him. "You big baby." She said to him. His long tail started patting the floor, and he looked back up at her.

*Kiki ran back into the cafe, looking around for miss lestats. she had just come back from the fordge, with her gwee and her cranky shadow spirit*
-miss lestats I couldn't find the forge master,-
"...I have to agree, we looked everywhere, Kiki ene tried yeliing but the little brat got no where"
-I'm not a brat!-
"prove it"
-I'm just not, cranky cloak-
"I may be cranky but, at least i'm not annoying"
~Says who?~
*the three of them stood bickering for 5 minutes until Kuro the shadow spirit driffted back to his corner and watched the room with his purple eyes fixed on kiki, the look was of annoyance and headache. Kuro was still cold and rude to them*
-Miss lestats ,we are sorry we couldn't find the guy in the fordge...maybe he went to lunch-

Satsuki stood up and headed for the door, it was about time she disappeared. At least until the people decided to leave, was it still too dark to see out?

(Sorry...we moved and thus didn't have internet for a few days.) Felawn relaxed as the strange woman left. He glanced at the man with the gems in front of him. Oh how he wanted to carve some of those! That green one in particular would make a lovely brooch, if you followed the inclusions correctly. Raising an eyebrow at the anitics of the girl, gwee, and...floating cloak...he fought the impulse to jump the cloak. Cranky things like that brought the worst out in him.
"Need any help Lady Stats? I think I'd like to come part way too. Might be I can help with expenses." He asked, turning his attention back to her and scritching a bit harder where Asch directed.

Or to have missed the utter chaos the bar was now. There were pots laden with goods and things in a corner the wood worked floor had four large holes that needed to be repaired. She sighed uselessly since most humans seemed to be blind to the plight of tohers this age.

Your welcome to come but i wont accent your money" she said all in one breath setting the jewls back in the basket and into a pot.

"You would rather go without something you might need to survive than accept money from another person in the same boat as you? I certainly have no intentions of going with you but I have no idea of what is needed to keep up a place like this. And I will need to help keeping it since I have no wish to travel until I know where I am." His eyes narrowed sharply.
"Surely, with that attitude, you aren't bringing any children with you? Pride has no place in anything to do with children's safety. As a Female you must know that." Pupils slitted, and eyes narrowed til only a gleam of reddish gold showed, he looked directly at her for the first time since he'd gotten here.

Also it is law in this province that to obtain anything you must barter goods for goods. Theres not even a provincal monetary system. Hence why i cant accept your money theres nothing I can do with it. Thats also why were takeing all theses goods" motions her arm elegantly towards the pile of goods "with us to barter with the traders and the merchants in the city for things we need."she finished. She loooked away slowly and pulled a higly ornate ring set with a jet black stone carved with a lion griffon and snake off her left ring finger."And this will grant us safe passage to the city and inside its walls. It is..was my wedding ring. It is also the seal of king in this province" She said solomly. She returned the ring to her finger and turned away shoulders slumped slightly. They dint know they would enver understand most though Halo was still in her life but only one knew of her loss. she sighed and lifted her head and wisperd a small prayer to her old gods of her old world. She looked back over her shoulder at the man and moved slowly towards the large door way her shoulders shaking and her throat burning from un shead tears. Once out side she leaned against the heavily carved door frame and looked to the south for her star. It blured in her eyes as hot tears slid down her face as she remeber when Halo picked it out for her.

Satsuki looked down the massive corridor from some distance away. She was bored, leaning her back against the wall with her hands behind her.
"... So, they move." she uttered to herself with mounting excitement.
The Apostle rubbed her growling stomach, feeling the effects of an absence in absorbing the essence of others. She smirked evily as the chestnut brown eyes turned red and her fangs grew longer in her mouth. This would be fun.
