.[anata]. "All right . . . now if I was in charge of an okiya where would I be?" Anata chewed on her inner cheek as she thought out loud. Her heavy stone loops at the end of her braids tapped each other as she looked down to her bare feet, thinking.
"Akemi-san if you were in charge of an okiya where would you spend most of your time?" She asked her friend. *16*
"That's a good way of looking at it, Ana!" Akemi exclaimed, as she cocked her head to the side, thinking.. "Probably in my own quarters, or with the Geisha. At least, that's what I think. Come on, I think I know where Mother's chambers are, let's go find her Anata!"
Akemi led the way down the corridor, and stopped at the screen door of what she hoped was Mother's rooms, she knocked quietly, and waited.

Umemi gets up and dresses in a blue and gold kimono, she pins her lush hair up fashionably from behind and applies some makeup that is traditional for her status. She was going to find one of the higher girls to take with her to the tea room.

Tora smiles as her sisters are ready to go to the teahouse. "You two look positivly radiant!" she smiles. She sees mother walk out of her room. "Ah, Mother," she says in a bow, "Would you like to go to the tea house with us?" she smiles.

Umemi smiles "Ah Tora, you read my mind" she replied "I was just looking for someone to go with actually as I didn't feel like being on my own, I also wanted to discuss something that I have thought of with you" Umemi repied

"We can walk and talk" Umemi replied "I was wanting to see if you would give your assistance, I am having trouble with keeping up with the admin of the okiya and all the new girls, I also have to be away from time to time so I wanted to ask you Tora if you would please look after that? I would of course pay you for your time" Umemi said with a smile (( I will pay you 100gaia gold a week to keep up with the work if you will Tora? Hey guys, I gots good news and bad news, I didn't get the property that I applied for but my bf bought me a pet bunny, he ish soooooooooo cute))

"Of course I'll help, mother," Tora smiled. "That's why I'm here," she added with a giggle. The maikos, geisha, and mother continued their walk to the tea house.

She followed Akemi to Mother's room where she knocked on the door. No one answered. Anata could hear the voices of Tora and Hara along with two new voices. She looked to Akemi and then glanced downstairs.
"Umm ... Akemi-san, why don't we ask Tora-san before she goes! She sounds like she's leaving right now to go somewhere!" Ana said aloud looking back and forth from the stairs to her friend. *17*

Hara walked longside mother & her two sisters heading to the teahouse..... going into deep thought of what the night would bring.

Akemi laughed at herself, and said, "Now that's a good idea, Anata!"
Akemi quickly shuffled downstairs, making sure not to trip over her skirts.
"Tora-san!" Akemi called out, making sure not to lose Tora before she left, she quickly reached the bottom of the stairs and bowed gracefully, "forgive me, Tora-san, but may anata and I go to the market to stock up the kitchen sometime soon?"

At hearing her name being called, Tora stopped. She turned to see Akemi huffing and Anata follwing close behind. "Of course you may," she smiled. "Just charge it to the Kazenotanpopo account," she added. She quickly hugged the girls and said, "We're off to the tea house, we'll be back later tonight." Tora smiled at the two and headed out.

Umemi was proud to have such good working girls and such a well0run okiya. It was a modern okiya as oposed to the older styled okiyas in the town. It still of course had character and that was what she loved most about it.

The girl clapped her hands together and shouted, "Yatta! Thank you very much, Tora-san!" Anata's excitement grew cold as she remembered that she was in a new world, where she must grow up quickly. Promptly she gave a still bow to them.
"Sorry for my out burst, Tora-san, Haru-san and other people I do not know yet. I did not mean to be rude." Ana's voice quaked with a meek, sweet icing of girlish charm. She quickly rose up from her bow and looked over to Akemi. Her jade eyes shined with the curosity of kitten trying to get at koi in a pond without getting wet. *18*
