Big wrap-around-the-neck style collar ((Via Vash the Stampede))
Fore-arm length gloves, fingerless, three buckles on each.
Rolled up sleeves to a little past the elbow, a half-trenchcoat ((not as long as a regular one. somewhat past the waist))
Urban Army Camo pants ((Grey and black. Maybe red too))
Knee high combat boots with a knife shealth on the side.
Whole outfit being Grey, Red and black
