It's for Xbox...and I'm actually pretty good at Guitar Hero...I don't think it helps with real guitar playing though. All of my friends who are virtuosos on the guitar are really crappy at Guitar Hero. It's all about rhythm. Tapping your foot to it will help you keep the beat and also score more points wink

Hey! Sorry for being gone for like, a week x3
Oh hahah, I'm so bad at DDR XD I always end up being turned a couple centimeters or something, and everything misses .__. Guitar Hero takes...practice. Lame, yes, but playing the game takes a lot of practice XD Unless you're some uber-good-reflexes person who happens to be okay with having their hand twisted in a weird position .__.

Don't worry Turayza I'm the same way with DDR. I tend to lose it when I have to do like consecutive steps. And yes Guitar Hero takes practice! Alot of practice. It took me about one whole week of consecutive playing to get good and then another for medium. Now I'm on medium, hard is difficult but I try. Being good at guitar hero would count that I'd be good at rhythm or what?

Oh, I love DDR! But I'm horrible at Guitar Hero. Turayza, you're definetely right about it needing practice. As a musician I find that I can keep a beat quite easily. But I have no hope of flailing my fingers on multi-colored buttons while continually strumming with the other hand on Guitar Hero. I'm a saxophonist! NOT a Guitar Heroist! *Sigh* Saxophone is so much easier. I'll stick to that. What instruments do you all play? Any fellow saxophonists?

Hahah, I finally got used to hard (if you aren't paying attention, you forget where your left hand is and totally fail everything XD) and am borderline expert on the easy songs. (: I suppose rhythm. I hate it when you play and the song you're playing for doesn't actually have your part...the lack of sound totally messes me up -__-
Nope, I play piano. n.n (And violin, but I'm on like, the Suzuki books for violin so it doesn't really count neutral )

Wow almost on expert! So how do you get used to the whole finger change thing? I ALWAYS get lost on it.
You guys are so lucky that you can play an instrument, I can't play squat. confused I just don't have the musical ear, I can keep pitch pretty good when I'm singing but that is about it.

I'm a trumpet player; it's my major at the high school I go to (it's an arts high school). I can play basically all of the band instruments as well, with exception to the double reeds.

I go clarinet, but not anymore. I played from 5th to 8th grade and stopped. I still play a little, like when I feel like playing really simple crap xD
I like singing, but I'm not really good. Actually, I love singing and acting and I was gonna transfer to our arts school before I moved, since I was at Science and Technology (biiiig change... I only went there for Japanese >>)
And I can play Billy Joel chords on the piano xP

That's like everyday for me...there's practically no reason for it with exception to the fact that I'm a lazyass teenager. Great stuff. I wonder when I'm going to get out of this weird phase and actually get some motivation...

Hello my fellow Ravenclaws. <3 I got sorted a little bit ago and I thought I should join in. x] How are you all doing? So first question: What are my greatest strengths? I would have to say my ability to think things through and see the logic in situations. I am proud to say I have never gotten pulled into the wrong crowd or anything like that. :]
