I dont know. But by my typical cynical opinion, I'd say something along the lines of people needing days or a week to come up with a response other than 'get hit and s**t happens'.
Thats why BLOODBATH rules state that a response must be made within 24 hours for the lamers who take more than ten minutes to come up with something.
