Because, me and her did a lot of RP together. I wanted to contact her so I could start RPing again. If I am going to RP without her, I need to do something that would require assistance from someone in Oto.

smile , yeah Kira became inactive and said I could have oto. So I became the Kage, made a kage character and started working on things. but apparently that wasn't what she meant, so she blew up and threatened to delete the guild, but eventually just quit. Pretty sad, we were best buds way back when.
But I'd be happy to help you out in oto.

dragaosagrada nah i was actually close to joining suna but it was just a bit too inactive for my taste what do you mean inactive. the academy is thriving right now. theres like 8 students 1 genin and the kage. i would accept any rank but so far none of the high ranking ppl other than myself care about poor little suna crying
