My prediction is that on the day before release, they will announce that they have secretly put in a big name character, and they will spend lots of money on adds leading up to the launch and then when people find out about this new character, that will be theyre selling point, incase they werent sold on it before.
Oh, and why do so many people hate dislike the sideways wii mote configuration? I know it is your opinion, but do you have a specific reason? gonk

Rred: I'm gonna try the Wiimote alone, but I just don't know how the game will feel without an analog stick.

What I find thats the most interesting so far is that levels are just one thing. They continue on and on like the castle siege. Thus the levels should be more interesting. I'm curious about the underground in the castle level personally.

Fish: That is a good point, and now that I think about it, yes, it will feel different without an analog stick, but if they were to add in something as simple as a tilt feature using the wiimote to dodge for instance, I think we would see more people using that configuration.
Maul: That is L33T XDD but seriously, it is a really nice picture, probably will end up being my background when I get back from vacation. (im in europe right now)

[R]ed on that note, ive got to go to work today! gonk How is that even related to what we're talking about!? :XP: [R]ed thats how i feel about it as well. though the Wiimote alone is going to be my second choice I also wonder about grabbing, fighter stancing and just overall playing. To run, you have to tap left or right twice, which will make you a bit slower than analog players. If I can though, I'll use the Wiimote, because it would be somewhat degrading to a person if they got beat by someone using a little white bar, when they had a big GameCube controller they've been with for six years.

Maybe some things will be easier than the gamecube remote. i dought it in some ways because we are so use to the GC controller, but time only tells. speaking of, im going out to buy a new GC remote just for brawl. sounds upsurd i know, but thats just stupid i am. Does anyone know if the pelican wireless controller is any good?

I don't want to use the GameCube controller for Brawl, but I feel I may, since it's so similar to Melee, I'd just be confused using a new controller fori t. That is absurd. Why do you need a new one? That's just a waste of money if you already have some to play Melee.

I have the wavebird wire-less controller. I like it. And I definitely suggest using a wireless gamecube controller for the Wii. More than once my friend almost toppled it over by pulling on a wired controller.
