Ray bit at her bottom lip as she looked over Arista. She didn't know what had happened but it definitely had to be magical in nature. "Too bad I never learned any cleric spells or I'd be able to heal the bruise." Drake patted her shoulder. "I think she'll be ok...but I'd like to know just what happened." Ray nodded and looked back to Arista.

As the two looked apon her, Arista's eyes snapped open, a gasp escaping her, as if shocked. Her heart was racing, rather visibly, as the vibrations shown on her neck. She looked to the two and rose slowly, terribly confused herself. W...what happened? she asked, her voice shaky. She had an idea of what might have happened, but needed confirmation from the travelers.

Ray nearly fell backwards when Arista suddenly sat up but she was able to remain upright. "You should lay back down..." She tried to gently nudge her back down to rest as Drake tried to explain what had happened. "To us, it looked as if you fainted and fell over. You hit your head...and there's a nice-sized bruise on your left eye."

Arista, though she would have been more comfortable sitting up, let Ray guide her back down, wincing at Drake's information as she reached to her head to feel for the bruise to heal it herself. Did anything else happen? She asked, her voice small, rather embarrased, which was quite something for Arista, as she was possibly the most confident person on the planet. She let her eyes close softly as she exhaled, the bruise disappearing under her fingertips.

Meir, after taking the bad of ice away, had flown up and perched on the back of the couch to get a better view of everything. Drake shrugged to Arista's question but Ray thought about it for a moment. "I think I felt some magic in the area though I wasn't sure who's it was. And the light's flickered for a moment. If there was anything else, we didn't see it."

Arista bit at her lower lip, her eyes fluttering shut again. I'm terribly sorry for this...she said softly, terribly embarrassed. I'm not quite sure what happened...I think my father may have come to this realm...That's the only thing I can think of that would pull my energy like that...unless...she paused a moment, but shook her head, knowing it definitely wasn't the case. Unless I'm with child. The thought made her laugh - as if she'd ever have children in this realm...Or the other for that!

Since neither of them had known Arista before now, they hadn't any idea who her father was or who might have gotten her with child, which ever it was. Ray tilted her head slightly. "Your father? I had sensed some magic before, from you, I believe, but how powerful is your father?" Ray had seen great power before and wasn't ready to see it again unless she was prepaired. Drake didn't say anything, his expression stern. He too wasn't quite ready to face another powerful being if it came down to such.

Arista swallowed and shook her head, pulling herself up once more as she glanced upwards, rather habitual. My father is one of the few original gods of light...she said softly, letting her eyes fall shut as she shook her head and looked to the floor, still feeling a little weird. But, he's still in his chambers and hasn't left, he says. Still terribly unsure of what happened she sat there, silently questioning the siblings who were in this realm with her.

Both of them looked a little stunned, neither having met a child of a god before. "Well, I'm not really sure what to say. Neither of us saw anything nor did I sense any other being in the room with us." Meir chirped and looked around before looking back to Arista.

Arista paused for a moment while she sorted her thoughts, then looked to Drake and Ray with a smile. Well...I'm sure that it's nothing to worry too much about...I'm fine now. she said, nodding some. Would either of you like another drink? she offered, hoping to change the subject.

Ray still looked at her with concern but Drake took her word then nodded. "Another drink sounds good." Ray rolled her eyes and Meir flew up to sit on her shoulder. Meir chirped then flew off behind the counter in search of fruit.

Arista nodded to Drake and rose, waiting for the two to join her before moving back to the counter. She still wasn't sure what'd happened, but decided to inform her father and let him deal with it, as she had the urge to make these two her friends. What would you like to drink, Drake? She asked, crimson lips shifting from a confused frown to a sincere smile.

Drake and Ray returned to the bar and sat down. Meir had already found a pear to munch on and was sitting happily on the counter. "Anything strong." Ray just picked up her wine glass and sipped from that. "Do other's come here often? Or is it just slow this time of day?"

It's quite often slow, which is a shame...There're parties every couple of weeks that last the weekend, it's usually the busiest then...she said, peering into her glass. Hmn...she thought to herself, grining slightly as she offered it to Drake. Try this, see if it's strong enough for you. she said, tone rather playful, flirtatious.

"Ah... There's nothing to do to bring more in? This seems like a nice place. Drake will probably come by often for drinks." Drake sent her a tiny glare then took the glass from Arista. "Ok...but first, what is it?"
