She smiled more brightly, suddenly quite tearful. Snuggling up closer to him, she buried her face against him, trying to hide her burst of emotions. "As you wish, Little One." she said with a muffled voice as she remained squished against him.

She giggled and sat up, scooping him up in her arms, cradling him. "And in my arms. You know you are safe and I am safe and we are together, caring for each other." she said sweetly with another giggle.
