Miki looked at the kitune in surprise, afriad that he would be mad at him for last time....but it seemed he wasn't. The usagi stood up also and remined standing quietly, watching the kitsune brush his teeth. When Ayase embraced him,a wave of relief seemed to come over the usagi. He hugged back tightly, though not too tight as he was afrais he might break something in the other boy. "Ayase," he whispered with a soft smile, tears rolling down, "I'm so sorry about last time....I was so worried about you..."
((it's okay, serene-san, take your time! it'll give ayase and miki some time to reaquaint!))

Ayase began to sob slightly as he hugged his first friend. "I...I'm so grateful..." he replied to the appology. "I'm so glad that I got to meet you....Miki...no matter what happens to me because of it...I'm grateful...that I got to meet you..." he said quietly as he cried weakly into his friend's neck, his pink hair mingling with the bunny's dirty blonde.

Miki's body began to tremble as helet go of his sobs, crying back into the kitsune's bony shoulder, which was at level with his own shoulders. Miki was lucky enough to have someone like Lucien, and to be able to move freely. Aside from lucien, Ayase was so far the only person who hadn't scarred/molested/attacked him. Not only that, but being around the kitsune made the usagi feel such a sense of longing and loneliness....it hurt so much. Poor Ayase..."I-I'm glad you're my friend, too, Ayase!" he chocked out through his sobs, "I-I'll do whatever i can to help you, I promise!!"

Ayase leaned heavilly against Miki suddenly as though he had lost the ability to stand. "Miki...please...if you'll do whatever you can...please...some food....I'll die in a few days without food...please..." he murmured quietly as a bit of sweat trickled down his tiny body. "A...and some water...please Miki...I'll do anything you want if you get me some food and water..." he promised genuinely, not caring what he had to do. He felt so sick and weak...

"O-okay, all right! C'mon, over here, quickly!" He guided Ayase back to the bed, laying him gently on it, his own face showing concern and no intention whhatsoever to use the kitsune. "I'll be right back, hang on!" He ran as quickly as he could out the door, closing it behind him. rRUnning to the kitched, he opned the fridge and began rummagin. "Ahhh...tomatoes, he might like those! Annd....carrots! And...some apples....and tthis!" He grabbed a pitcher of cold water. He was carrying a lot of what he had named in his arms, and ran back to the room, careful not to drop anything. He set down the pitcher momentarilly to open the door.picking it up, reentering and closing the door with his foot. He tossed the food onto the bed, holding a carrot to Ayase's mouth and panting from all the running. "H-here, eat this!"

Ayase whimpered as he waited and when Miki returned, he blinked at all the things presented. When he felt that carrot pressed to his lips, he opened his cute, little mouth and accepted the food, biting down on it and chewing it weakly before swallowing. "Ah...it tastes good...thank you, Miki...but I don't know if I can eat all this..." He said, gesturing to all the food.

"Well..."He looked at the food. How did he manage too carry all that? "You don't have to eat it all. Just a few things to get started." The usagi gave his kitsune a freind a sweet and warm smile, his ears flopped almost over his forehead due to his more relaxed state. "So c'mon, try to finish this! Then you should try the apple, it's sweet!"

Ayase smiled and did as he was told, finishing the rest of the carrot with decour. "It was delicious, Miki..." he said, feeling much better now as his stomach began to break down the essential nutrients. It actually seemed that a bit of his peachy color came back into his soft, silken skin. "Thank you.." he said as he reached toward the said apple. "This is an apple...? It's...sweet?" he asked quietly before picking it up and staring at it with those chocolate eyes of his.

Miki gave him a cute smile and giggled a little. He couldn't help it, his friend was so cute! "Ya, it's sweet! kinda tangy almost! Try a bite! Be careful though, it's kinda juicy, though not as juicy as the tomoatoes!" He watched his Kitsune friend, hoping that one day he wouldn't be so skinny and unhappy. It really was hard being an experiment in this place...
