No, it's just, you both argued the same thing word for word. I guess you're both brothers in that regard. To be honest, it's probably because you're friends with him that you judged the way you did. You're more use to his powerset, so you're not as critical of the things he did as me. I have nothing against it. It's your tournament and you judge how you want.
But I'll tell you now, that's something you got to fix immediately.

Perhaps you should be Silver....
And Vin, I can tell you that that isn't the reason 'why', but you are the kind of guy to ignore such a fact and stick to your own opinion. Or so I believe. That also wouldn't explain why one of the other judges voted in his favor as well....And perhaps only Zan voted in your favor because you guys are friends.

Its our job to make sure the judges have a good time.
I think it would be foolish to think that OOC bias doesn't play a part in that. It most certainly does.
The challenge, is overcoming that OOC bias and making them love your character.
THe first half of my last fight wasn't good.
This fight will be amazing, if my opponent post in a timely manner.

Tres Ecstuffuan if my opponent post in a timely manner. No knock on the guy but don't bet on it... I spent most of the fight waiting. 2-3 day waits. Except one Saturday when he had me all a flutter because he posted twice that day lol.

It's moreso, Hero, that Zan voted because he saw some things that we here in the thread saw, too. It wasn't even a friend thing cause Zantara likes to criticzie me right in my face a lot. He has more experience in the tournament scene than you, especially on the admin side of things, so he judges more critically than you or Yummy. That's something to try to take home rather than to see in a different light.

Vintrict is my worst enemy in the RP world.
I don't think either of them did good but I think Bojouka did worse.

I wasn't being serious Vin...
Tres, I can see how or why you would say that, however, as stated, what Bojuka did was not outside of his profile, and some of what he did didn't seem so easily avoidable.
But I'm finished repeating myself at this point. That s**t happened last round.
Though I do have to admit it was fun seeing Vin fight against a lesser version of the same BS he allowed in his tournament and have the same opinion some of those participating in GTB had.

So, Hero, what are your thoughts on him deliberately not posting and thus not actually having a fight?

I feel for you dude. Running a tournament is no joke. Its tough and thankless really. Despite my OOC outburst, intoxicated or not, I just want to make sure that I, the people I play with and the people watching all enjoy themselves. I think, if we can all agree on that one point, we can make for a fun time. I think (myself included) that we just get caught up in the competitiveness. I know competitiveness isn't a bad thing, I'm very competitive, I use Ertai Vexic's logical reaction stack style of RP fighting, but it leads to a lot of bad things.

Vintrict So, Hero, what are your thoughts on him deliberately not posting and thus not actually having a fight? This is an issue that we as judges have made a decision on fixing for the remainder of the tournament, and if it had been in place already, you'd be in round two.
