Have you ever used old fashion ink? Yes it can smug if it is still wet or get wet again however once dry you can touch it freely. You don't have to have a sensitive touch to know there is ink on paper, they have to totally different feelings, and even if you did need to have a improved sense of touch would not mean your skin was sensitive it would simple mean you were able to feel more detail in something by touching it than the average person could which isn't far fetched at all seeing as that's how blind people truly are. I never said they would use braile to make the seal, however I don't see why it wouldn't work, in the seal description it say that seals can be formed by placing rocks in the right pattern. If something like rock can work a patter on bumps should do the same.

Well, I could always glue a bunch of special smooth pebbles in order on a sheet of paper. fir the seals. Otosna's could see that.

Martin Spiralwave Does activating a seal count as a 'jutsu'? If so, does this mean without the Combo User Shinobi type only one seal can be activated per post? Only one can be activated at a time, however, a sealing master could use link and trigger seals to activate more at once. However, as described by the technique, you wouldn't be able to activate specific seals, it'd have to be all of the linked ones. I'm gonna go ahead and say you can only draw one or two seals per post too, just to be fair.

It says that if a seal is tampered it's effect is useless. If somebody throws an explosive tag at me, and its on fire, but hasn't exploded yet, can I just draw ink across it, and nullify the explosion?

@Hinote: But could someone counteract that limit by having the Combo User Ninja Type?
@Havik: I'm still not sure ink would really work for a blind Sealing Master but, meh its his choice.

How fast can you draw ink across it when the tag normally explodes 1-2 seconds after it is lit? It would be more probably to just cut the tag itself, though that would require truly impressive speed and accuracy.

If somebody throws an explosive tag at me, and its on fire, but hasn't exploded yet, can I just draw ink across it, and nullify the explosion? Once a seal has been activated, it's a bit late to stop it. So no, you can't stop an exploding tag after it has been lit. Not by damaging the seal itself at any rate. Drawing ink over a seal wouldn't damage it anyways, as seals are drawn with special ink, which sets itself in place once the seal is made. The only way to damage a seal with ink would be to make the one drawing it mess up. To damage a seal, you have to actually damage the original drawing, say by cutting a notch in it, or burning it. @Martin: In that case, seals would count as part of your post actions, meaning yes, you'd only normally be able to activate one, but combo users could activate more. As previously stated, trigger and link seals will also extend that, but the array would have to be prepared in advance.

I have a serious question.
Could I have an Npc in every village to help teach a bit? ( I don't want to be crew, I haven't gotten anywhere near earning it. )
I just think that since I'm online fairly often, or I get online every couple of hours for about an hour every day, that I'd be able to help out. Plus that way no one could complain about not having a teacher if a Jounin/Chuunin instructor is unavailable.
Also, Is it Chuunin or Chunnin? I've seen it both ways in this guild.

I know that, that's why I was asking if It would be ok.
That way when there is a student that needs to have someone teach them, but there is no teacher in their village, or the only person that could is inactive, or unintrested in teaching them, then I could help out, and the crew members could focus on other things, unless they wanted to play that Npc, or any Npc.
