Mao was about to stop him but Yoru shook his head. He knew what he was doing and he was right in what he said. Nathan needed to think things through well or else things would go wrong again.

This is fast. I know that - moving in with him, being so close because he's lonely and I really reacted to his kiss... but earlier I needed to make sure he was alright, and I know I care for him in the same way I do about Yoru and Mao. Already. Nathan closed his eyes and hovered among the clouds, his wings barely moving to hold him up.
I can't let him go when I know I'm starting to feel that way about him. Yoru was different. He...it was my fault for letting myself be confused, even though I was desperate to stop hurting. I can't mess them all about like that again. I need to be honest: I love Mao and Yoru, even if they decide to leave me as they should - how can I be in love with them both at the same time? But if they did leave me I'd never be the same again.
He finally started to smile a little. Even if it's not full-blown yet, I know leaving Tatsuhiro would also change me forever and I'd worry about him always.
"So I won't mess them around this time. But I should probably prove I don't fall for everyone I meet..." He chuckled as he opened his eyes and started to head back to Tatsuhiro's. He landed safely and went inside to look for them all - he'd been gone about two hours so they might not be where he'd left them.

Yoru had been busy with his book so he decided to remain in the same spot. Mao on the other hand had gone to bed. He was tired from staying up to look after Yoru. By now Kyo had left the room and gone to look around. He had ended up in the kitchen to eat because it had been years since he had been out of the lamp. Tatsuhiro was still in the same place with the same problem. When Nathan came back the one who came across him first was Kyo who was heading out with a plate full of food.

"Good! You got out of that room - I'm glad you made it out, Kyo." Nathan smiled as he stopped in front of the Genie. "I hope you enjoy the food, since Tatsuhiro is a good cook. Did you find the chocolate cake? If you like it - well, if any of us like it - we might have to ask Tatsuhiro really nicely to make two of them when he can. Chessy really won't share if he gets the chance not to, since he loves chocolate cake.

He scowled at the thought that Kio wouldn't want to let Chessy eat the cake that had been made by a Necromancer. Then shrugged. "Well, if Kio does make a fuss, we'll just shut him up by making him taste it. Or something like that." Though he muttered it, the last bit was clear and it could confuse the Genie who might not know about the Angel with the similar name.

Kyo gave him a confused look at first but then shrugged it off. "The tall guy is in the living room reading and the other one is sleeping. That idiot Tatsuhiro is nowhere to be found. The other guy said not to go looking for him. Not sure why."

Nathan frowned. "Who said not to go looking for them? I know where Tatsuhiro might be and if Yoru's still reading then I know where he is. If Mao is sleeping I might be able to find him... which other guy is here?"

"I was talking about Tatsuhiro.I guess you know more than I do though. Whatever. All I know is I went to the tall guy that was reading and I asked about you and he said you were gone and Tatsuhiro was to be left alone. That's all I know. I came out of the room a few minutes ago."

"Ahh, ok. Yoru was right - Tatsuhiro needs to be alone just now." Nathan smiled. "But I'm back now. So, did you want to ask me something?" He waited, still smiling, for Kyo to answer him.

Kyo blushed a little but shook his head. "No. I was just wondering where you had gone. I did want to... I guess thank you for your offer. It might be better for me to stay with you guys for a while. I complain about being in the lamp and you offered me the opportunity to get out and I complained about it too."

"I just went out for a while. And you're welcome - I get used to listening to people complain. We all need to from time to time, and if I haven't hit Kio - you haven't met him yet - then it's unlikely I'll be annoyed at you." He winked. "Trust me, Kio the Angel is a whole lot worse than you could be. Why don't you sit in the living room with Yoru and I while you eat? You don't have to say anything if you don' want to."

Kyo shrugged and walked with him into the living room. He sat down next to him and began to eat. Yoru didn't seem to mind the other male. He was too busy with the book anyway.

Nathan hid a smile as he curled up and started trying to plan where he could hide the presents for everyone. A moment later he closed his eyes and started to snore softly, thoughts drifting.

Nothing else was said really. Yoru busied himself with his reading and Kyo finished up his food and then decided to take a nap. Hours passed and eventually Yoru was finished and Mao had returned. Tatsuhiro on the other hand was still away. Locked up in that room he had been for hours.

Nathan woke up to see Mao and Yoru in the same room with him, though Kyo had gone. He smiled at them, then realised he'd drooled at some point and wiped it away with a blush. He then noticed that Tatsuhiro wasn't back yet, but since he couldn't do anything, he tried not to worry. The moment he started to open his mouth, he winced at a tiny flicker of pain going through his head. "Do any of you feel like you have a headache starting?" he wondered, shaking his head at the wince - he felt fine and since he'd been asleep he couldn't be that tired, surely.

The two demon men looked at each other for a moment and then looked back at Nathan and shook their heads. Everything really seemed normal. The only thing Yoru thought was off was a strange feeling that was lingering in the air. Of course demons weren't sensitive to negative energies. "I think perhaps it's time you check up on that necromancer. It's been long now. He's most likely bleeding out alone in that room." Yoru didn't really want to upset Nathan but he knew how things were and he had to be honest with Nathan to avoid any excessive stress or tension.
