Ivy growled and hissed deep within her throat because of the pain from the shards of ice hitting her, she thought of only one thing that could protect herself, but the others as well.
Ivy closed her eyes and concentrated on the others including herslef, hoping that she could put a big enough barrier around them so the ice wouldn't hurt them, and she would try make it large enough for them to see the castle as clear as possible.

The swarm of bats that made up D screeched when Dag gave into Ivys request. Eyes turning crimson on every single bat in that swarm D felt anger rush through him. Ivy could fly on her own! Why didnt she just turn into bats? Why did she have to ask Dag to carry her? Why not Father? Why not Cain? Why not himself? Oh she was infuriating!
Ds bats watched Ivy and Dag closely, just something about the two being close set him off. He's mine and she's touching him! Spoiled brat whore! b***h Queen! D couldnt stop the hateful thoughts from entering the forefront of his mind. Touching him with her dirty dirty hands! Dirty filthy, unworthy.. Thankfully Ds thoughts were kept silent behind a wall deep within his Psyche. However his jealously and anger could be felt by anyone who cared to sense such a thing.

Alucard watched D closely with a grin on his lips as they flew towards the castle. As Ds jealously spiked Alucard started to laugh out loud. "Finally showing your true colors huh?" Alucard laughed at Ds inner torment. 'Its about time!" Alucard chuckled before he settled.

As the storm kicked up D and Alucard forgot their inner thoughts and focused on the task at hand. Dodging large chunks of ice, fighting to stay aloft the two continued forward as best they could.

Ivy chuckled at herself, she could sense her brother's hate towards her, as well as his jeaousy.
"If your wondering why I'm not a flock of ravens D, it's because in a storm like this, raven's or any other kind of bird, wouldn't be flying because they couldn't see, plus it would be dangerous for me right now since I"m not as quick as I was before I used most of my power to keep Dag frozen after cain arrived and Bloodstorm started to bust everything up." Ivy thought back to her brother. She wasn't lying, she wouldn't have been able to see until the storm died off, which possibly wouldn't happen in the first place, besides, D could share Dag at least a few times before she left.

Cain held up an arm shield, that ballooned to become a large one. The shield repelled the ice, causing it to break and become harmless. Dag found the pathway of no ice that Cain was carving through, and followed behind, "This way!"
It was a lot better than going alone.

Ivy relaxed as she felt Dag move over to where Cain had made the giant sheild to keep them all from getting iced to death. She closed her eyes and started to drain the energy from those on the ground, gaining her own energy back.

D and Alucard slipped in behind Cain and Dag and followed them through the storm. If this was the outside of the castle how was the inside going to be? Somehow D didnt think this was going to be pleasant one bit.

Cain practically crashed through the closing front gates, tumbling forward and hitting an ice wall. Wait... that was no ordinary wall. It was split into two. One side was ice... the other was a mass of thunderclouds, occasionally sparking with electricity.
They had two choices. Which way?

"I think we should spilt up into two groups, myself and one or two other will go one way, and then who ever is left can go the other way" Ivy said over the sparking.

Cain stood up, "I am sensing a huge influx of energies on both sides, it is not wise to split up."
Dag landed and dropped Ivy like a bag of rocks. A bell chimed once, but the sheer volume of it wasn't heavenly at all. It sounded more like a giant thunderclap than the sound of a large bell. Dag and Cain covered their ears from the intense, wall-vibrating noise. It sounded like the thunderclap was right next to them.

"It just depends who do you want to deal with and possibly save?" Alucard said before the Bell chimed and he winced at the sound. "Splitting up sounds dangerous, we dont have as many people as last time. And Bloodstorm will be looking to pick us off. Besides his channeling their energy. This is a different kind of battle."

"Gabriel had control of thunder and lightning. Trevors freezing abilities will be more difficult to deal with." D stated, as if continuing his fathers thought before the Bell chimed and he too covered his ears. He was more thinking of Dag when he mentioned Trevors side being more difficult. He didnt want his friend freezing every few steps. Not to mention what the cold would do to the rest of them.
"I say we find Gabriel first, then go after Trevor." D said when the Bell stopped.

"Proper gear would be nice though. Id rather not be shocked into a pile of dust." Alucard chuckled lightly, but he meant it. "Cain do you have anything up your sleeve?" Alucard inquired.

Cain smirked... but it wasn't a nice one. He had something devious planned. Who it was aimed at, was unclear. He opened up his pack and tossed some form fitting suits to everybody, "These ground the electricity and enhance reflexes. Basically, an electro-suit. I took them from Vincent's schematic vault."
The demon did not need one. He was immune to the electrical energies. He also went first, acting as a lightning rod for the electrical charges. The walls were composed of thunderclouds, and the floors were made of electric slabs strung together. The ceiling was nothing but cloudy sky above them. It was a ceiling, yes, but it projected the illusion that a thunderstorm was going to happen above them. Constant buzzing and cracking of the electricity and the howling of the wind through the hallways made it all the more annoying. Cain walked through it like a pro. Dag had a slightly harder time. He had to make room for his wings and tail in the suit first.

When Dag dropped ivy, she landed in a one legged kneeling position, then stood up and quickly put the suit on after removing her jacket and then she followed Cain and Dag as close as possible.
"When we go after Trevor, Dag, how are we going to keep you from freezing? I can put a flame barrier around you that would last until this was all over, unless you would rather freeze to death, but it's up to you" Ivy said kindly.

Alucard and D changed in a flurry of shadows. The suits were made entirely of rubber and left little to the imagination. D had discarded his hat and cape, leaving them safe in the shadow realm. The metal armor on his cape, and metal decoration on his hat would only make him a better conductor for electricity. He did leave his boots and weapons on though. When he was done he followed after the group.

"Not my style.." Alucard said as he had to replace his dress suit with the rubber suit. "but it will do, it does remind me of my straight jacket." Alucard commented as he brought up the rear of the group.

"Well deal with that later." D commented to Ivy when she spoke to Dag. Whoo! He didnt like her offering anything to his friend did he?

Ivy smiled, looked over her shoulder at her brother and then lagged behind a bit to talk to her brother.
"Chill out brother, my god. I know you don't want me around Dag but for god sakes, learn to share a little bit will ya? I'm not going to take him completely away from you. But with your permission, I'd like to make friends with him, after all, i've saved his life quiet a few times by freezing him when it was necessary and then thawing him out when needed as well. You can't take all the credit, I've helped too." Ivy said as she was looking Dag's back side over.
"Damn he's hotter than hell" Ivy thought, making sure that neither her father or her brother could hear her thoughts. "Sorry D, but you'll have to share him, he's better than Raziel is." She thought again, making sure that this thought was also blocked.

D was cold towards his sister, and if he had heard her thoughts he would have flipped on her. Only a light growl issued from him in response, he had seen where her damned eyes had gone though. Oh she was infuriating!

Alucard placed his hand on Ds shoulder and felt his son relax at his touch. Your not going to keep him that way if your jealous all the time. Alucard spoke to his son and only his son. Besides we have a task to do. Alucard said with a smirk.
Slipping past his son, past his daughter and even past Dag. Alucard joined up with Cain and grinned lightly at the Demon. "Id love to know what you have planned for all this."

D let his anger go at his fathers words and now it was him bringing up the rear. But that was fine by him, here he could keep an eye on everyone in the group.
