"Hm?" Fate's eyes churned when he gazed, so she looked away momentarily. "Well..Where were you born?" Her voice was a little unsure. "I don't want to pry too much, understand."

Fate's cheeks turned a delicate shade of pink, as there had been few that kept such eye contact with her. "..Sugoi?" She was now puzzled. "But yet you've only lived here a month? Wouldn't that make you a babe?" Her face expressed her puzzlement.

Fate grimmaced again. Strike two, Mydnite. "Sugoi? Alucard, gomen..I had no idea.." She couldn't tell if the laughter was false, but she smiled weakly in comfort. "If it's any consolation, I never knew my parents..I didn't even know what they were. I grew up in an orphanarium."

Fate patted his hand lightly, not sure how else to handle the situation. "I've heard parental influences are the pits anyway." She stood, an uncharacteristic smile still on her lips. "Well, morning will be here anytime now." She slipped her hands into her coat pockets. "I suppose I'd better be off to the apartment."

Fate bowed in regards. "Likewise. I had a lovely time chatting." Her deep eyes glinted at him, and she winked. "Perhaps we will meet again." She took a step past Alucard, her direction, the apartments.

Fate entered the dimming city streets. Her hands were tucked into pockets and she walked casually, nothing really taking place. At that moment, a Lycan darted by her. Fate lept about a foot in the air as the creature sped out of sight. Fate's eyes churned and narrowed.
She continued to walk another block, keeping watch behind her. By this point, a very sharp blood spill caught her attention. Her fangs grew abit, and she peered around the corner to see who was wounded. To her surprise, Fate spotted none other than Alucard. She gasped and hurried to him. "Alucard..Who..How..What on earth happened to you?" Her voice cracked slightly in concern.
