Why is everyone always doing that, anyway? Powell's a good guy. I can understand someone like Luthor giving him Hell. It's what the guy does. But other heroes? That just ain't right.

It's due to what I call the Powell Effect. The Powell Effect states that if any one comment be made or action be committed to drive someone nuts, Powell will do it. Whether on purpose or purely by accident.
