what about heavely thunder spin-komen uses heavely spin and calls down lightning to where he is at making a lightning sheild that is able to start a thunder strom and never strike komen cause lightning never strikes in the same place twice

hmmmm that sounds awesome. But hmmm I have to think about it. how about this one. It's cheesy as hell but.
Breath of the 9 Dragons- user holds hands together in a dragon seal. Gathering chakra to the hands and and feet. THe user then takes a step ahead and pulls his hands back, Once the step is takent the user throws his hands in front of him ((think Ryu from Street fighter)) expels chakra from his hands in a wide area fire blast that has a reach of 5 meters. and width of 10 meters.

(5 meters to the front and or to the side of me this attack will strike you with immense burns)

But instead of Ryu's tradition straight flying fireball, I make it so it's a short wide area blast.

I have a made-up problem too. I think of too many. Of course they're as silly as a rabid monkey riding a unicycle with a tire iron beating a clown upside the head, but I think of a lot of them.
As for worth, I doubt I'm very much, maybe 20K? But I know someone who must be worth a lot more. They'd loan me stuff if I wanted, so I never bothered buying anything noticeable.

this reminds me
there should be a attack called rakiri
its the attack thats like chidori but u dont need sharingan
and u need to harness real lightning anyone else every heard of it
kakashi did that when he was a kid but he need sharingan to perfect it into chidori
