ok im really sorry if this has been covered before. i dont really want to search over 170 pages for it. call me lazy. is there really going to be a battlefront III??? i know there is battlefront: elite squadron coming out soonish. but ive heard rumors about a battlefront III. are they true???

Last winter, a video was released, showing game footage and movies for BF 3. Shortly thereafter, Lucasart made an announcement confirming it was in development.

So I was in gamestop the other day with a friend and saw the (preorder? did it just come out?) box for Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith edition. I beat the other one in ten hours (PS2), ran around as Mara for maybe another five and lent it to my uncle. The new one looks interesting, and I like a good button masher, but I think I'm going to wait and see what happens, it's already had a price drop, and I need to get a laptop for school.

Oh look, he's not dead or horribly disfigured. And he has two lightsabers.
Whoopty freaking do.
And this thing that can toss rancors about? Yeah, lets just nullify the most badass monster in star wars because we overused them in the first game.
Its like how they treated force powers: they basically rendered the most powerful jedi in the series impotent next to this guy because he can pull a star destroyer out of orbit while Yoda struggled with an X-wing.
Darksun is unimpressed. Infact, I'm much more looking forward to the new Arkham asylum game.

I'm looking forward to the new Batman game more too. But you need to stop hating on everything that doesn't fit in with your view of Star Wars.

I didn't say I hated it.
I was just unimpressed and unenthusiastic about it.
It just seemed to fail in its goal to catch my attention. Compare that trailer to the TOR one whith the assault on the Jedi temple and they just don't match up.
There are plenty of things they could do with TFU. Maybe a new character, a new story, maybe give him one of those sweet lightpikes instead of two sabers. But here I'm seeing flashbacks to DBZ, except in Star Wars, which doesn't exactly work.
For their sake they better not kriff up Rohm Kota.
