Their family dynamic terrifies me. The daughters are basically the ones raising all the children because there are so many.

When the kids turn one, they are assigned to an older kid. The older kid is responsible for dressing and feeding the little one. All the girls share one giant closet and all the clothes. Same with the boys who do all the 'outdoor chores" while the girls do "inside chores"

Oh it absolutely does that. And they're all home-schooled, so I don't know how much time they have away from that level of responsibility, even when they're learning.

It's weird that these kids.. the son that got married and his wife.. they had their first kiss at their wedding and never really spent time alone before their wedding night and now she's pregnant.
Seems like that would be quite the adjustment.

That whole prospect seems kinda scary to me, especially since it allows for no experimentation with chemisty. The last guy I dated, we were friends for a while, we got along swimmingly, but there was absolutely no chemistry. We went on two dates and called it quits.
Sexual chemistry isn't something that magics itself out of the air, neither is romantic chemistry. These relationships sound like "Friends you make babies with."
