Well, eventually Snowfox does manage to make mindcalls again, and gets the nearest scout to help him bring Arrow back to his ekele (since it's closer than fox's). The scout who helped has to rush back out so there isn't a giant unwatched part of the forest, of course.
Foxy didn't have any healing skill, but of course he knew a good amount of first aid, and NightArrow being the nightscout captain had such supplies around the house. Fox bandages him up as best he can. He meant to go get a healer once Arrow was stabalized, but didn't particularly want to leave... and he was tired from using his magic, and running, and carrying the larger man... He didn't even manage to take off his shirt, which was covered with Arrow's blood by then.
He decides to sit down a moment to catch his breath again, and drags the living room couch into the bedroom... but when he sits down, he accidentally falls asleep.

Arrow does eventually drift into full unconsciousness and it's before the other Scout comes. He drifts in a world of darkness with the ocassional brightly coloured light. It's not a restful sleep but he does wake up.
He blinks a few times, trying to assess where he is and what happened. It all came back to him, the changecat, mindcalling Fox... He looks around a bit and realizes that he's in his own ekele and his own bed. He looks to the side of the bed and sees Fox there, sleeping, and covered in blood. His blood...

Fox sleeps for a little while, but not too long, since wearing sticky, blood-covered clothes is rather uncomfortable. He wakes up slowly, blinking because of the light in the room, and perhaps setting a personal record for most confusing situation to wake up in.
He quickly remembers what had happened though, and swears to himself (in his own language) for falling asleep without getting a healer. He sits up and looks over at the bed to check on Arrow only to find the scout awake (for once.)

Arrow smiles at Fox, though with a measure of pain. "I made a right mess of things, didn't I?" he asks. He's afraid of looking in a mirror, he knows that the cat had gotten ahold of his face, and is worried about the damage that had been done.

"Goddess, I'm sorry, I fell asleep before getting a healer to come... I'll go get one now." Fox stands up quickly, intending to go right out and do that.

Arrow winces. "Who are you going to go get?" he asks. He hopes it's not Wind. He doesn't want to have to explain his state of damage to the Adept. He also doesn't want his friends to know, so that they don't worry. It's not like he hasn't been hurt on the job before.

"Well, the only person I know personally is Wind, and I-I don't want to get him... especially since he's only got a little of the gift anyways. If I knew someone I could just mindcall them and then I wouldn't have to leave, but I don't... so I was just going to go find whoever's on call now." Foxy is ranting a little, since he's worried.

"There's a healer on days for scouting. She should be waking about now, and if I give her the day off, she should be fine with coming over here. Here name's Brightlilly and she lives just ten minutes away. I could try to mindcall, if you want." he doesn't want to admit that he doesn't want Fox to leave. He's feeling rather helpless at the moment, since it seems that even breathing is making some bruise or scratch hurt.

"If you feel up to it." Fox frowns with worry. He's not sure if Arrow should be doing something like that at the moment, but he was willing to allow it since he also wasn't sure it was a good idea to leave Arrow alone either.

Arrow stays lying down, because he KNOWS trying to sit up will involve too much effort. He establishes a link between he and Brightlilly and says, ::Lilly, I need you to come over, I seem to have gotten myself into a right mess last night.:: He knows that from the tiredness in his voice, Lilly won't try to contact him and that she will just come over. He's right. Witihin a few minutes, Lilly is bursting through the house and barging into his room. "What happened to you?" she demands, beginning to fuss over him in a motherly way straight away. From the hisses and squeaks of pain she is emitting, Arrow figures that it's pretty bad.
"Something, I think it was a changeling attacked me. You;d have to ask Fox a little more about it..." he says tiredly.
Lilly turns to Fox as she pulls the remainder of Arrow's clothing off.

Fox had been about to retreat from the room, so as not to be in the way, but turns back and keeps his eyes on lilly's face, not looking to wear Arrow is, "It was definitely some kind of changed cat.. and it had this really weird power where it blocked all mindcalling when you were near it. I took care of it though."

She nods and turns her attention back to Arrow. "Fox is it? I need you to get me some more antiseptic." she says. Her hands follow all the wounds on Arrow's body and she sparks her healing gift to survey the damage. "You got a pretty bad concussion." she says, "And this scratch on your cheek will scar. Too bad for your vanity." she chuckles lightly. "The rest of the scratches aren't too bad, although there are some on your chest and back that will scar too." She invokes her healing gift in full to help with the bruises around his chest. "You have a few broken ribs too, but I've mostly taken care of them."
Arrow nods, already feeling some of the pain being taken away. He sits up with Lilly's help.

"I all ready brought in anything Arrow had in the way of first aid and such." Fox replies, grabbing the kit and pulling out the antiseptic, holding it out to the Healer.

She nods and dresses all of Arrow's wounds. "Now, you are to sleep." She says, and she puts a hand on his forehead and he immediately falls into a sleep. She turns to Fox. "I want you to keep an eye on him, if anything weird happens, you're to call me. Change his bandages every two days. I've guarded him against infection, so he should be ok. He's to be off work until I decide he can go back. I'll go find someone to fill him in." she says. "I'm assuming your his lover, and I'm also assuming that you aren't going anywhere. If you do happen to have to leave, I want someone else with him. He's stable, but it's up to you to make sure he remains so." With that, she leaves.

Fox splutters a bit at the lover line, but the Healer disappears before he can clear up that misunderstanding. It didn't really matter but... he didn't have anywhere to be for a while, except that hair appointment, which he can reschedual easilly enough just by giving the message to a hertasi.
He turns back to Arrow, feeling rather useless. There isn't anything he can really do for the nightscout, despite being an adept mage, and one of the more well-known and respect people in the vale... which when he thinks about it, makes it a little weird that the healer hadn't known who he was.
He takes a look in a mirror, and pretty quickly figures it out. He's a mess, and covered in blood to boot. He takes off his shirt, which is sticking to him in a rather disgusting way. He goes through NightArrow's dirty clothes (not wanting to mess up any clean ones) and gets changed... he has to roll the bottom of the pants because they're way too long for him.
then he sits on the couch, and waits.
