I am sooooo loving my new clan's S rank techniques. Just the sheer trauma they'd enduce... Only having a demon within, and being able to control it is the equivalent of those.

Shay or Jade(A faint Smile) both make pretty nice posting formats, not sure if they do it for other people, but I'm sure you can ask

I cannot find a question/answer thread so I'll ask here.

According to the Hoshigaki rules, in order to achieve stage two we must fully master suiton. Here comes my question.

Most classes, aside from the Ninjutsu class, have a restricted number of jutsu learnable. And even though some reaches S rank, not enough to cover all suiton techniques. Is it possible to master an element with these restrictions? Or no?

Because I was hoping to make him a samurai or weapon master, but if I cannot master water completely then...yeah. So can someone help me?

Please quote, so I know the question been answered. Thanks :3

EDIT: Also, do they absolutely have to have blue skin? You know how hard it is to find a decent character pic that has blue skin? And doesn't look absolutely rediculous?

My guess would be it is just a case of poor wording, and has one of two meanings:

1. You must master all suiton jutsu up to your rank. S-ranks are technically the forbidden jutsu of Naruto, so under "normal" circumstances, mastering the public jutsu that are A-rank and below would count as learning all the jutsu for your element.

2. You must master all suiton jutsu your character can learn. This seems to be the most likely case if the general idea is to allow any class to use the second stage of the bloodline. However, since the only thing you're missing out on is the jutsu for stage two if you don't get it, then really it seems stage two might be intended for those who can master all the jutsu from scenario one.

I would bring this up with Cobra, since he's our main bloodline expert.

To answer your second question: yes, your character must have blue skin if he/she is a Hoshigaki. The good news is that we tell you to describe your character even if you have a profile picture for a reason: usually, there are differences between your picture and your RPC's actual appearance. In the physical description section, you would include that your RPC's skin is actually blue, thus allowing you a much broader range of pictures to choose from.

I might if they showed any sort of coherence with the genjutsu system. :s

Not only do they not follow the genjutsu technique format, but you've made them unable to be kai'd from (the S-ranks, anyway). As soon as you take away Kai, people are just going to be using Pain to get themselves out. It would make no sense for them to just sit there and take all that stamina drain. :s (That's just two of the issues.)

Not to beat you over the head with it, but I really suggest you re-read the genjutsu system in its entirety and edit your bloodline accordingly if you don't want Cobra to blow up in your face when he goes to look over this bloodline as an official application. XD I'm not saying he really would, but he'll give you the Cobra equivalent. The bloodline idea is interesting; it just doesn't bind well with the systems we have in place as-is.

I might, or might not have even looked a the new genjutsu system... >.>

Yeah, I might want to do that. xD

The reason that I'm not worried about the S ranks being Kai'd is because it basically makes the target freeze for an instant, and it goes through the effect in that single instant. That's why I'm not worried about it. xD I'm having trouble with more emotions, and the A and B rank techniques.

Hey, what are the rules on having Demons, who are technically categorized as humanoid in shape, like take an Oni for example, they're technically humanoid. ( as a summon )

I could have swore I read somewhere that signature jutsu could be no higher than C-rank...or did I just somehow make that up in my head?

2. That every RPC will be allowed 2 Signature Jutsu (up to A-rank only) which will not count towards your normal ninjutsu totals. A Signature move can be dropped and made public to make room for another signature move, but ONLY if the user has an open slot for that former Signature move to fall into. (An additional 5 post requirement for learning the next signature move will be imposed to dissuade users from constantly making and dropping 'signature' moves).
