You DO realize that, as a genin, we aren't going to let you have too many summoning tattoos, correct?
But yes, if your a sealing master, you can. Or if your not, you can get a sealing master to do it for you. A sealing master will have to make the seal, but you will be able to release it.

And I dont care what rank I am when I get them. I just want to know if I can have them. I am a weapon master. So your saying I can still get weapon summoning tattoos. Just a sealing master needs to engrave them on me?

Or you could somehow make it so you could see chakra, and put chakra in all your ink?

My Clan doesn't really work that way. We see sounds and amplify them. logically speaking we see just fine. We just don't see details, color, sometimes not texture, or read at all. But I could tell you if there was a single grain of rice in your hair, and find a hidden assassin (under correct circumstances.) Heck I could be better than the byakugan in that we have only one "blind spot" and thats where sounds are..

lol I dunno if braille seals would work. though if i had an rpc there when you tried to write a seal with a blind rpc i'd have them quietly move the paper around as you are writing it. It would be hilarious, you try making a summoning seal but end up with a picture of a clown juggling geese in a jet plane instead. razz

Braille would not work, as seals aren't words, they are the arrangement of symbols and stuff like that. It's all positioning that matters. On that note, I don't think a blind sealing master would work, as they would not only be unable to learn the seals without lots of help, they would be unable to write them properly, and the higher levels where you combine different seals would be impossible to access as well.

Does activating a seal count as a 'jutsu'? If so, does this mean without the Combo User Shinobi type only one seal can be activated per post?

The type ink used to make seals would be slightly risen on the scroll or paper, if your RPC is blind they can simply feel then ink of the paper.

Even if that could work, how sensitive would that persons skin be if they could use braile to read the remarkably solid ink on a piece of parchement...And what would it feel like to be bit by a mosquito?
