Indeed. One person got owned, the person who made the lyric said she had a dirty mind for thinking anything bad about that.
Powerful White Magic spell. Re-incarnation mostly, though through a different style. We respawn, but are still dead. We have a black dot on your hand, the more we do right, the smaller it gets, the more we ******** up, the larger it gets, eventually killing the person, sending them back to Hell.
Yeah, those damn jerks, look at them, doing nothing at all, they make me so mad!

Oh that would have been funny to see...
Well that is quite fancy. Definitely an interesting idea, would make a good plot device for a story, forcing someone to choose between redemption and death.

Yeah, I needed a way to make them respawn, a much better way than the one Fallen thought of...

Some random b***h saves them and only them. Then sends them on a quest. It was fairly random.
Always. I used one in another RP earlier, trying a serum to force the mutation for super powers.

Yup. At least mine has a moral system chucked into it. You see why I changed it.
It worked well... It may have destroyed the guys mind, making him a mindless beast who creates spines out of his body, but it worked!

Yup, that guy certainly got owned. Then he was shot down with the other Mutagen gun, one that destroys powers.
Tracer felt a shift in his pocket, like something moved. He put his hand in there, to only pull out a dollar bill. "Wait... I had money... s**t... I could have gotten a cake..." he said out loud to himself, face down cast.
He sighed heavily and kept looking at the bottle of Substance P. He tilted it around, it ran like thick syrup. It moved, but slowly.
"Shall we bring in the subject?" yelled a voice in the darkness.
"Oh yes. Do that." he said as he finally put the money back into his pocket. 2 Men came from the shadows holding a middle aged man. His hair seemed to migrate over to his face, he was bald on top with a large bushy beard. "No, please don't! Please, I have a family" he pleaded towards his captors.
Tracer laughed, a very cold laugh. "We know for a fact that you don't have a family. Now open wide..." he said as he unscrewed the lid of the bottle. It hissed as the gas inside escaped, leaking a pungent odour into the air. He grabbed the man's face, and the others forcefully opened his mouth. When it was wide enough, he began to pour some of it down his throat. Only a small amount made it through the filter of his beard though.
The 2 holding him let go and pulled out there modified weapons, ones coated with Substance F. Tracer followed soon and pulled out his guns, reloading them with the special power nullifying bullets.
The bearded man held his throat, not wanting the liquid to go down inside him, but it was too late. His eyes gained an eerie blue glow, the light shone bright from them, revealing some of the room. He collapsed on the ground in a heap. Tracer still had his weapons out, as he walked over to look at him, "Maybe I gave him too much?" he asked hypothetically. As a response, the man stood back up again, and gave a screech that would pierce glass.
Tracer and the other two stumbled backwards, holding there ear drums. By the time there were okay, the subject was up, and it was not happy. It morphed its arms around, making claws rip out of his flesh.
All three opened fire. Subduing the man, making his yes turn back to normal and the claws recede back.
"Substance P is a Success..." he laughed.
There we are,

Definitely an idea.
Either do that, Dump it in the water supply to spread it throughout the town, or dissect it for research and then dump the remains in the water supply.Or you will be knelt...
