"You know what I want," the man said. "Get the girl to do what I want!"
Sanvi drew in a pained breath. "Fine," she panted wearily. "I will..." She was only agreeing so Garin wouldn't be hurt anymore.

The man nodded a little and he freed Sanvi, pulling her to her feet. He gave her a shove towards the mouth of the cave and she looked apologetically back to Garin before heading out slowly and painfully.
The man sat down and looked at Garin. "What is she to you?" he asked.

Garin just looked at Sanvi, and didn't answer his question.

Garin didn't say anything. If the man let him out, he was certainly going to attack.

"Well, I suppose you can stay like that until your girlfriend comes back," the man said.
After a few minutes, Sanvi returned. She was covered in more blood, and she was carrying an unconscious girl. "This is who you wanted, isn't it?" she asked coldly, and she growled a little as the man nodded and took the girl from her.

Garin smelled the blood on her and he growled. He looked down at the ground and didn't raise his vision.

"Now, hold her for a moment," the man ordered Sanvi. He drew a knife and moved to cut the girl's throat.
Sanvi pulled the girl away protectively. "Garin, run!" she cried. She used some magic to weaken the field that held him for a moment, so he could go. She leaped quickly to the exit as well.

Garin quickly ran after her. He looked behind him to see if they were being followed.

The man gave chase but he was no match for Sanvi's speed, even wounded. Sanvi fled to the mansion, hoping Garin was following.

"Sanvi, no," Garin called as he saw where she was running. They couldn't go back there. Not with that girl and not while Sanvi was covered in blood.

"We need to get somewhere safe!" Sanvi cried. She kept running to the mansion.
