V-Amaterasu-V Hey Brian can I evolve my Squirtle? *Shock has his hands together praying Brian will say yes* The Rule Book Rules about Pokémon.
1. If you somehow get a Pokémon not available at your rank, BL will hold it until you are able to hold it once again.
2. Trades must be with another member. Trading with an NPC is not allowed.
3. To evolve once, a Pokémon must have a total combination of 5 missions, reffed battles, and/or RPs, along with being owned for 5 days. An additional 5 missions, reffed battles, and/or RPs with 5 more days is required for its final evolution.
Note: If a Pokémon evolves through special means*, you use the whatever means as is required to evolve it instead. (I.E. Water Stone, Trading, ect.)
* Feebas and Pokémon who evolve by friendship evolve the regular way. (Friendship Pokémon also have a Heart stone which counts as their evolution stone)
Missions: You can use a Pokémon once, you can use a Pokémon a million times, for each mission a Pokémon takes part in it gets ONE point towards evolution. To be counted it usually has to be in a battle, but if you use some out of the box thinking, I'll usually count that as a use as well.
RPs: Usually as long as it battles or attacks a designated target, its good for a point.
Reffed Battles: Win or lose battling another member will get you an evolution point. Though it isn't uncommon for someone to have to leave during a reffed match. As long as you aren't disqualified, and the match lasts for more that 4 rounds, its a point towards evolution.

Pokemon Obtainable By Rank:
Leader, Co-Leader: All Pokémon are allowed, complete set of all Legends.
Admin: All Pokémon are allowed and may have 3 legendaries.
Executive: All Pokémon are allowed and may have 1 legendary.
Tier 2 Ranks: All Pokémon are allowed, but no legends.
Tier 3 Ranks: No legends or mini-legends. All other Pokémon are allowed.
Tier 4 Ranks: No legends, mini-legends or 2nd stage evos. All other Pokémon are allowed.
Tier 5 Ranks: No legends, mini-legends, 1st or 2nd stage evos. All other Pokémon are allowed.
***Note: Mini-Legendaries include Dragonite, Tyranitar, Metagross, Slamence, Slaking, Snorlax, and Lapras*** Until Squirtle has 5 missions, reffed battles, and/or RPs, he cannot evolve. Until you reach Tier 4, you cannot own evolved pokémon. Rank up by turning in high-quality missions. (There are three ranks in Tier 5) *Having stated all there is to say on the subject, I have Xatu Teleport me out before anyone tries to hug me*
