  "This mansion is, a sort of safe haven for many people here. The people who live there are the one's out here trying to defend this city, Have you heard of Avalanche? That is their base.." She said to her, though conversation wasn't exactly one of the best things to have right now. So, she kept that short, had she gotten up onto the Magitek Armor with them, Terra would start it forward. "I'm Terra Branford, This is Yuffie Liler. " Yuffie nodded to her.
And then..Came that voice. While Terra was over-joyed, Yuffie was sneering into his direction. She knew what he meant, and it seemed Terra took a moment to register it and replay those words back in her own mind. "..........Cloud!? How am I annoying! How --"
"He was talking to me. You spiky-headed-Chocobo-haired-creep! " The ninja yelled into his direction. Yes, this was the -best- time to start name calling. Yuffie still had some growing up to do when it came to Cloud.
But Yuffie's words would silence soon, As the Reaper began to set it's sites on him. Yuffie didn't much get a chance to say anything as a warning, instead Terra did that by, yes, you guessed it. Freaking out! "Move Cloud!! It's targeting you now!!" Well, everything had happened quicker then she could blink in those next few seconds, and, as it seemed, was over-taken by giant rubble as it appeared to have fallen right on him. At that, Yuffie jumped off the Magitek Armor, to run over and try and save him some how. Terra meanwhile, was in a state of shock, while her body reacted to that in shimmers of pink glow. Though she didn't morph into her Esper form, instead as she snapped to, the Magitek Armor was now locked onto the eye of that very Reaper, which Terra frantically began firing at. In her panicing state though, it was likely the beams may of missed.
And there came the next surprise, as Cloud re-emerged from what looked to be his grave, and the crazy blond would next put her that much closer to a heart-attack while he charged his way to the eye of the creature. Did he just LIKE tempting death?! "CLOUD!!" Removing her hand away from the firing trigger, the beams from the Magitek Armor stopped and all she and Yuffie could now do was watch........
As he took the thing out in a matter of seconds,all in many great risks of losing his own life. If when they got out of here, she was SO going to scold him for that reckless behavior to him self! She didn't even notice the Fenrir was now, resting in.. pieces....

The Commander of the Airship Fleet had been struggling with himself. He had been ordered by the President to fire Weapons of Mass Destruction at Midgar in an attempt to contain the threat, even though there were still people there. The fleet had been covering as recovery ships evacuated more and more people, but there were simply too many people, and not enough ships. And now, the Tower had been vaporized. There was nothing left here that could stand against those things, except his fleet. And the only weapons it had that might work, were it's WMD's. The cannons, no matter how powerful, had proven worthless, along with every other weapon. Only shots into there laser ports seemed to affect these things, and they simply couldn't stop them that way. The commander sighed, depression settling over him like a fog. "All ships... Fire Electrical warheads. Full spread. Take every single one of those things out." He said over the fleet com, then slumped back into his chair. This was it. He had just ordered the death of everyone who couldn't escape.
"Commander, this is President Nihlus. Hold your fire!" Came a call over the radio suddenly, coming from a chopper being flown by the young man who had been imprisoned for over a year. The commander came onto the radio, but instead of panicingly calling off the strike, he opened a private line to the President. "Sir, it's too late. Missiles are airborne, dispersal in one minute, detonation in three. We cannot abort once the weapons are airborne." He said, before flipping the com back to an open channel. "This is the Command Fleet. To anyone who can hear this, drop whatever you are doing and get out of the city, now. You must hurry." He said, then shut the com off again.

"Sir, that was amazing!" Francis was quite possibly the only one of the three females there that was amused by Clouds attack. "I didn't realize there were people in this universe that were this strong. Bainz would be quite jealous!" she muses, following the group to the mansion.

Suddenly, missiles from the Airship fleet streaked in, trailing what looked like thousands of flecks of glass down over the entire city. These flecks flutterred through the air, slowly gravitating towards the Reapers and everything else in the city, including the people and ships that were retreating. the flecks just hovered near people that they caught up with, along with ships and Reapers, but people who had survived the last time this happened knew that didn't matter. Once the blast went off...

  Meanwhile, a distance AWAY from the actual city of Midgar, between Kalm and the massive city under stress, Ariel just kind of stood there. She stood like a statue, not moving, clearly in a state of shock. Even from the distance, she could see the burning city, the massive Reapers and the many, many fleets of airships and helicopters evacuating the city...It looked like there was no hope for the city, not a single bit.But what of the family and friends that lived there? Did they make it out already? It was that curiosity,that one day would probably end her life for good. But, this was a curiosity she couldn't avoid. She had to know...
And so, Ariel, who was completely unarmed, and unskilled in battle, ran for the gates of the city.Only, just as she about reached them, thank the gods for serious luck. The massive doors were blown off, and launched into the sky, only missing her by a good few feet. She was knocked down by the gust of air it created though. It was from there that when she looked up, she would see one of the many Reapers now towering over her. The red 'eye' aiming it's sights on her now. Ariel was now frozen in fear...
((ooc: No idea if the gates were even still there, if they weren't, I can edit. As for Ariel, she'll be saved so just ignore this. Just getting a post for all my characters. ))

  And that was when the most unlikely one to save her made her way to Ariel, at first in wolf form,for speed, other wise she would never have made it, then as she got next to her, the white and pink wolf shifted into her human form, yanking Ariel to her feet and running like hell from the targeted spot. She could only PRAY that targeting movement was slow on them gigantic mechanical monsters. She ran with her, right under neath the thing. By the looks of it, it didn't seem it could shoot like that, or position to shoot under itself. All she had to watch for now was the legs and feet that could also instantly kill them.. "You're insane..Insane..INSANE!! It's hopeless going back into THAT! Everyone has to be out by now, there's no way they would sit that long..............." Or was there..

Some time after Phoenix's new strange and annoying enemy fled from the scene, Phoenix, well she didn't realize exactly what the mind conqueror had done, or what was still planted within her mind. It wasn't something one could feel, so the crimson-haired one left, actually leaving the city all together to scout the other area's of the world, as she shifted into the Phoenix. At the very least, it was good she was now away from people, so had she lost her mind due to that little trickery actually working sometime, she wouldn't be able to harm anyone, if that was what she was told to do...

After all the Avalanche members were accounted for on the Highwind, the large ship took off into the air, currently piloted by Stark since Cid wasn't in the area. Thankfully for him. As much as Avalanche hated to leave, right now they had to assess the situation and come up with a viable solution... As Stark was directing the Avalanche members to find a seat, what they probably wouldn't notice was one of the Reapers turning to face the Highwind... And opening its eye. The crimson beam of death began to charge as the Highwind had been targetted.
"General Liler! The Highwind's been targetted! One of those things is about to fire at us!" One of the crew informed him, and thank god they had or else the majority of Avalanche would've obliviously died. "...Sh**. Okay BRACE YOURSELVES!" He called behind him into the ship, and began to move the Highwind in elaborate spins and circles as the Reaper fired upon them. "Damn it...!" Stark jerked the ship as the beam neared them, but he knew it was too late. The crimson ray slammed into the ship, causing it to start to spiral out of control. "Sir! We've been hit!" "Thanks for the heads-up!" Stark returned sarcastically. "Brace for impact!" He shouted, and only moments later the ship collided with the ground, and would've exploded too if Stark hadn't maneuvered it correctly. The people in the ship were likely thrown around like rag-dolls as the ship crashlanded, unless they had a very good grip on a good brace. Luckily the ship had landed quite a way from Midgar, so ShinRa's weapons wouldn't harm them. "Sir! We've hit the ground!" Stark grumbled in annoyance as he slowly got to his feet. "You're fired..." He muttered, turning around to look at the others in the ship. "Is everyone alive?" He asked the group.
"God, I never thought I'd miss Cid..." Cloud grumbled as he stood, as if this was Stark's fault.
"Fancy flyin' there Stark," Zack said as he as well got to his feet. "Though if we didn't have an expert we'd probably be dead right now. So thanks." Stark nodded in response, and Zack turned to go check on everyone in the ship...

  Yuffie Kisaragi Liler  Of all the girls in the Highwind, well, as soon as the Highwind became it's own amusement park ride, one oh-so-happy ninja gasped, covering her mouth before running like a mad-women through the door, and, thank the high gods for her great balance and reflex not to fall over during the spinning and completely insane ride.One could guess where she was going, but instead, as the airship was suddenly struck, she grabbed onto the metal-grilled flooring in the particular area she was at, to keep from flying around like most may of been in the main cabin of the airship, if they weren't holding onto something during the harsh impact with the ground. "Uughh..." Yuffie moaned, her face was now a bit pale, though thankfully for her pride she didn't lose it, shocking as that was.
Meanwhile, the other girls had held onto the front rails,avoiding the experience of knowing how a rag-doll would feel..

  Somewhere along the lines, Tina fled to the airship as soon as she knew they Avalanche members were boarding. Hopefully Javik was on board, too. Though she didn't go inside herself, as to avoid being seen, the little pink cute creature remained at the deck outside.
Then when it was hit, and all the next series of chaoticness happened, she ended up losing her balance due to the impact, and fell right off through the rails, and for a moment tumbling she went, the current of the wind taking her faster then she anticipated, but, before she could make contact with the ground, she caught herself in midair, five feet away from certain death. By the time her daze wore off, the air ship had already crash landed, but, seemed to be safe enough that it didn't explode, thank god. Naturally, she flew back over,the door had been hanging off it's hinges from the crash, so she was able to slip right inside, to quickly inspect without being seen.

Francis groaned, leaving the railings only to fall backwards. "Agh...Great landing... Why did I follow this group again..?" She mutters, asking herself more than anyone. "...So..Hate to be That Girl, but..Are we there yet?"

"Sir, detonation in thirty seconds. The Presidents chopper is clear of the blast zone." Reported the data officer to the Fleet Commander, who just nodded in response, watching his monitor dejectedly as it tracked the dispersion of the tiny fragments. In thirty seconds, the city would be emptied of all life, and hopefully those machines would be destroyed as well.

Like a short time earlier in her new means of teleportation by the help of two little twins of magical ability's beyond what she knew was possible for children of that age, Azura would suddenly appear in that same pretty light of ribbons, which died down soon as she appeared. Now, they were some seriously skilled users or magic, but they couldn't tell exactly WHERE they put her, and being they had no idea of the situations going on around the world it was just a guessing game. As long as she got in the main area she was to be in, that was all that mattered. They didn't fail, exactly. Only, she could feel a strange cold steel against her back which she just so happened to back into in that one small step back. The cold sensation made her give off a little squeaky scream as she jumped to the side, and back a few more steps, to see....
One giant...spider like machine..thing...standing right there. It wasn't aiming at her, thank the gods in heaven.But whatever it was, she didn't want to know! Much like Ariel, for the moment she too was frozen in a short state of fear. But that was short lived, when more explosions made her heart jump, and her nearly out of her skin! War wasn't her zone of... tranquility, so the loud noises just made her shriek and cover her ears, along with closing her eyes tightly. She had just seen -enough- to give her night mares for her entire life just in those split seconds. "Safe?!!? This...this was a trick! That evil..! " Well, fun. Tricked by Fenris. Still..she kinda was here already, so...looking...was the priority. Again. "Kaden!? " Was all she would be attempting. That giant thing near her looked alive and moving some, so she really didn't feel like sticking around very long...

  Pheles フィレス    And yet again, ignoring the fact of how dangerous staying here for even a second longer was, another appeared. Though the instant she did, she grabbed ahold of Azura's hand, pulled her closer, and they would teleport a few many yards away from the giant Reaper. Only to appear...next to the strangely glowing human-people. What was left of them, anyway. "Oh, my..Sorry, My mistake..! "Pheles almost sounded as though she were amused by this, due to the fact they were all looking at them, and ready to strike.
"....F-From one bad situation, to another...!? This....I-isn't helping us! They look like--Ah!! " Azura hid behind a poll near where they stood as some started after the green haired beauty. "Alright, alright...I was giving you a little time to find who you are looking for..You wouldn't be in this hell had you not been." She said, as she literally punched one and sent it flying back into another, knocking the few over like bowling balls. The others were met by a brilliant orb of light, striking them down, before she hurried back to grab Azura's hand. "Quickly search, and we will retreat shortly.." Thirty seconds to search, that wasn't a lot...Not that she knew they had that short amount of time ether.
