Swatting Joy lightly over the head Celestial said in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Watch what you say around the baby"

Laughing she helped the todder around, keeping her up. After awhile of walking around, Celestial took her hand away from the little girl's belly and let her go by herself. the baby didn't even notice and kept on doggy paddling her 4 year old self around.

"Well I think you've got the hang of it."

Joy immeadiately noticed the absence of her mother's hand and plopped under water. Laughing Celestial plucked her out of the water by the small strap of her blue bathing suit and hugged her.

"Hey Joy, go stand a fairways away in the water, little Joy here will swim to you."

Smiling she set Joy in the water and waited for her sister to place herself.

Gently Celestial let go of her baby and gave her a little push. Joy began kicking her feet and paddling with her hands. Soon she was panting, a cute little pink tongue sticking out on her pale face, identical to her mom's.

Joy was now halfway to her namesake, shaking her head to clear her raven hair from her saphire eyes she continued, determination. Celestial was laughing at the weird resemblance between herself, her sister and Daemon. Just then it hit her, Her two crushes were both named Deimon.

Laughing Celestial barely noticed Joy slipped underwater. Seeing it hapen she trie to get to her but soon a soaking little girl popped out from under the water and grabbed on to her aunt's outstreched arms, holding on tightly and hugging Joy in order to catch her breath.

Celestial smiled like a proud mother should and quickly made her way over to the pair.

"She looks so much like you and me and her father, its amazing."

Laughing Celestial finished the couple meters keeping them apart and hoisted little Joy onto her shoulder, the girl was exhausted, as Celeste had guessed she would be, and fell asleep within a moment of her head hitting Celestial's shoulder.

Smiling Celestial nudged Joy.

"I think someone wishes she could ask a certain person to the dance but is afraid of rejection."

Shaking her head slightly Celestial climbed from the water and grabbed a towel, patting her sleeping daughter dry and carrying her to the change room where she could put Joy in dry clothes.

Celeste paused at the door and spoke quietly to her sister over her shoulder.

"You know, he did save your life, and he stills owes you a dance or two from the winter dance, just ask him, as a friend if nothing else, if he refuses you just tease him about another girl, that way he wont suspect you."

Smiling gently at the neko, Celestial slipped quietly into the changing room and came out a couple minutes later, a sleeping Joy dressed in a blue dress and white leggings in her cradle. Sitting on a rock, the cradle beside her Celestial patted the stony surface next to her so she could have a real heart-to-heart with Joy.

Smiling she gently put her arms around Joy and squeezed her softly, brushing her lips against Joy's wet hair.

"Shh, Whos this candidate? I'm sure she could never amount to you.. Don't sabotage her or anything, that would be mean. Joy, what you think you do that's selfish is only because you're too innocent to take advantage of the loophole. You said you'd hook him up, you didn't say with who. Please Joy, just ask him, if only as a friend. If he says he's trying to get another girl.. then help him, as a friend. But if he says yes... you'd have everything you've every wanted. I think its a fair gamble."

Smiling at her friend Celeste gently pet Joy's head, using her magic to gently dry it, so it would feel lighter to Joy and maybe help her feel better.

Smiling doubtfully Celestial waved into the black ness of the night and gently picked up her cradle.

"Come on Joy, Lets get you somewhere warm."

Smiling, a weight seemingly lifted off her shoulder, Celestial made her way out of the hotsprings, Holding the cradle at her side. Hoping that whatever god existed could watch over her dear friend.

Ekail sighed softly in the changing room, now rethinking going into the springs. He glanced at himself in the mirror, silently grumbling. It wasn't his appearance, technically. Actually, it was. He passively rubbed the edge of one of the scars on his chest, as if that would make it go away. He shook his head and grabbed a towel, draping it over his shoulders to cover the front of his chest from view.

A moment later, he stepped out of the changing room in a pair of black swim trunks and quietly stepped over to Kayla. He smiled at her, then turned his back to her to drop his towel onto the floor. He side-stepped into the water, avoiding turning to face her until he was in the water and had sunk down low enough so it was at his neckline. He turned to her and smiled.

"You look..." he stopped for a moment and for the first time, a stupid grin came to his face. He stared at her for a moment or two, then shook his head wildly and said "Very lovely." and he chuckled nerviously. He reached up and took her hand and gently tugged in it, trying to get her to climb in.
