Once finishing his spin Shinzu began to prep for his next one. He vizualized it in his mind and noticed a slight change in the wind. Shinzu adjusted what he was going to do accordingly, and then without warning he began his spin. Mid spin he lifted his leg and quickly landed pulling the movement off flawlessly.

After being successful five times in a row Shinzu was, needless to say, getting rather cocky. So cocky in fact that he didn't go through his preperation like he had been, he just jumped right into spinning. If he had done his preparations he would've noticed the wind increase in speed yet again and would've been well prepared. He didn't prepare and paid for it. As he lifted his leg the unexpected increase in wind caught it and Shinzu fell right onto his butt.

Batsu looked down at his hands and studied them hard to make sure he had the Ousu-buta seal done correctly. To his surprised, he did it... almost perfectly. He was now 10 away from knocking them all out. The boy tried to stay optimistic , but jeez. He still had ten more seals to go. TEN. He began complaining in his head.

"Damn, why can't there just be two seals used in the shinobi world? That way, I can do something else now and have the seals completed already."
Though he was not talking out loud, the deep sigh he released show how bored he was becoming. Yet and still, he moved on to the next seal, Inu.

"Yay... 3 down. Woo hoo..." he said sarcastically as he completed the third seal. He was a quarter of the way there, but still so far away in his mind. The pessimism was really beginning to kick in as he continued to the Ryu handseal.

Batsu flippant attitude shined through and punished him as he ended up slicing his finger with his fingernail. It wasn't deep enough to make him bleed, but he winced and hissed from the pain. The boy then perked himself back up to the best of his ability and went back to doing the handseals like he first did... perky and determined.

Batsu glanced at his fingers and smirked as he grasped the technique correctly. He started rocking and nodding his head.

"Alrighty, you're a third of the way there. Knock out these last eight and you are one step closer to being a shinobi!"

Batsu rolled his neck, focused to a vacant spot in the distance with an agressive stare, and went for the fifth handseal.

Batsu didn't even have to look at the handseal to make sure he had it, he KNEW he did it correctly. His confidence at this point was throught the roof knowing that he was near the halfway point. His drive to continue was now at full throttle and he moved on to the Uma handseal.

Batsu was a bit iffy on how he completed Uma and checked to make sure he did it right. He did and wasted no time moving forward to the O-ushi handseal. He didn't even realized that he passed the halfway mark. All he knew was that he had more to go.

The boy looked at himself to make sure he got it. Unfortunately he did not, but he didn't let that bother him. He was still motivated to keep going and still had the same amount of determination as he had before he messed up.

"O-ushi! Let's go!" he exclaimed as he stared down at his hands. The combination of drive and frustration caused him to go a bit crazy. He desperately wanted to finish the exercise, but couldn't until he made all the handsigns.

Batsu growled furiously as he tried to nail the handsign again.

By now Batsu was getting pissed. He was on a roll for some time but his efforts one this one hand sign has basically set him back... WAY back. He could've been almost done if it wasn't for this one stupid hand sign.

The boy had started to grit his teeth as a sign of frustration , but gave the sign another go anyways.

Batsu glanced down at his fingers and noticed that he had FINALLY nailed the damn handseal. He didn't wanna get too excited though, because another failed sign could happen at any time. But the boy was relieved to know that he had one less sign to worry about.

The Saru handseal was next and Batsu wasted no time going after it.

Saru was a piece if cake. He had seen the sign before and knew how to execute it. Anyways, he was know four signs away from being done with handseals. Batsu became hyped up once again knowing that he was getting ever-so-close to being done. The boy pictured the O-hitsuji sign in his head and went for it.

By now, Batsu adrenaline was pulsing inside him like crazy. The boy couldn't stand still knowingthat he knocked the seal out and was only three away from finishing. Batsu danced around slightly as he tried to tackle the Nezumi seal.

Dancing around made Batsu's finger slip out of place and made him botch the seal. With that in mind, Batsu planted his feet on the ground and tried the seal again. Hopefully, with better results.

Apparently Batsu dancing around was not the cause of his failure. Maybe it was because he was aggressively approaching the seal. With that in mind Batsu stared at the clouds and started breathing in and exhaling slowly. He took his mind off the task for a while and concentrated on calming down.

After a minute or so of this, Batsu went back to the Nezumi seal. Only this time, he was much more calm and focused.
