Second post of every village has Jutsu.
So just choose a jutsu from the clan you're going to go into, or a plain black colored jutsu from the village you're going to be in. 3nodding

For Profiles, simply post your profile in the Profile topic in the Main Forum.

People post differently though the goal is a hundred words. Some people can't push out a story consisting of three hundred words, some want to organize their words to be sure they don't go under or over, sometimes that's the end of that 'scene' for that post, and so on. As long as it's three hundreds words when you go to cash in, it's fine however you post the words. Hopefully they are more than one liners, though. x3

Rave | Yep. You can post however many times you want. If you go over then you can use those words like roll over minutes. You can say in your Training Completion post that you have ??? amount of words left over after cashing the points in for techniques and say you'd like to save them to put toward another update. Or you can request those words be added to your characters as raw chakra and then it's gone. And then there is the option of just saying that you don't want the words and wish to discard them.

Well, heh heh. That doesn't really mean much. Just big organizations laying claims to territory. It doesn't affect much of anything, just a label. There are a lot of signs like that around the forums--mostly for the Angra Mainyu and Swords of the Crescent Moon.

A mod will look over your profile in the forum and let you know in the forum if your profile is good to go or not. They may post or edit your post to include that information so check in if there isn't a new post after a while to see if they edited the post to communicate to you about the profile.

Naiwi: I have a Uchiha in Hidden Craftsman. So I don't see why you couldn't. As for your made up Jutsu...yes you can. You submit your made up Jutsu in the proper thread and if apprved that is a jutsu unique to your character.
