I'm a b*****d, I know.* Ali spoke it quite suddenly, taking a sip of his whiskey afterwards and leaning back in the chair gently. Closing his eyes.* I do care about Natalie, she's my daughter. But that's also why I have to be such a b*****d. I don't care if she'll be an almighty god in the future or if she's powerful now and later on. She's not invincible and the safest way to keep her safe is to act as if I don't have a daughter, my previous children I held too close. I'll try to keep this one at a distance so she'll be safe.* Ali turned the chair back around and looked over at Loki, rubbing his forehead afterwards with his right fingers of frustration.* I just don't want her to become a target to those that want to harm me, some of them are not to be underestimated.

"Understood." Her tone was clipped, but she nodded truly understanding and rubbed at her side with a frown. "She wont be a god anyways." She pushed herself from the wall and headed into the bedroom and pulled some clothes out and set them in a bag before walking back ot Ali. "Calm yourself, you wont have to deal with me or her for a week or so. I have to head off to The Lycan Gathering. All of the Elders and Alphas will be there." What she didnt want to say is that she and Natalie will be brought up for judgement, well Loki would the child will just fine. Still sore and healign from her bout with the other Gods Loki was preparing herself for a trial of tooth and claw from the Wolves. "She will be safe with my mother." She paushed at the door way to look around for anything else ot grab. " I know that maybe you wish time could be turned back so it never happened, maybe it could, this part is still fresh so it can happen and it will be earsed from your mind."
Loki grumbled as she held her hand to her mouth and coughed, she felt somehting wet hit her hand and made a face; blood.

No, I don't regret it. I'm just upset that I'm not the real father material she deserves.* Ali stood up when he smelled blood, looking at Loki with somewhat disbelief.* You, Go and rest. I don't care if you need to meet a bunch of lycans!

The hair on the back of her neck stood up as she raised a brow at him and growled softly at his command. "I'll be fine. I have endured worse. I've been through worse Judgement before. Trial of tooth and claw is nothing."
She paused and shook her head. "Atleast every so often tell her you care even if its only once a year." Hoisting the bag over her shoulder and blinked. "I'll be leaving tomorrow. or sometime tonight. I have to be there, i am considered an Elder of sorts and I'm going ot try to promote peace." She shivered and held up her collar the one Lilith had given her, one that restricted her non lycan powers and blood by a great deal. Eyeing it warily she slipped it in her bag.

I wasn't asking you to go lay down. You've just recently given birth for christ sake. Whatever those oversized chihauhua's want it can wait.* Ali slammed his fists onto the table when he was done talking, even Ali wouldn't be walking around like he was fine and dandy after squeezing a large lump of flesh out through a small hole.*

"If I do that I will appear weak." It was true other mother afte giving birth stayed in bed for a day or two before moving about, but Loki was another story. With her pack before when she had her cub she did what most mothers did and the Pack took care of them bothuntil she was well enough..it was accpeted then,b ut around Ali she just couldnt. She was morw weak from still helaing and having the kid, but appearing strong and not weak mattered ot her. "They onyl ask I endure not fight back." For the first time since she had know him she let him see with her tone, expression and all shehad just how much not appearing weak or being weak mattered. She was a wolf a proud Alpha she could never appear weak and now she had a family and must care for them..being in a weakened state and others knowing cut down her pride and hurt her more than being injured. It made her feel completely useless, nothing better than a lame mutt.
Weak was what she was when her child and pack were murdered. She would never allow herself ot be that way again.

* Ali starred at her for a long time before he sat himself down into the chair again, rubbing his forehead again of slight frustration.* Fine then, Go.* Sitting up straight again Ali grabbed the whiskey bottle and took a long gulp from it, exhaling softly.*

What ever emotions she had shared with him she quickly with drew and became cold and proud. "You will still feel me, we share a bond dear." She shook her head and closed her eyes tightly before openign them and stepping out of the room. "I'll be in Natalie's room tonight. Come say bye if you want." She slammed the door closed so it rattled and made her way to her daughter's room and set her things down then plop down on a couch and curl up near the crib. Sprawled out on the couch Loki rested her hand on her side and slept unawre the wound from Ares's sword had reopened and was bleeding, making her pretty linen gown red.

Great, now I'm officially pissing everybody off...* Ali sighed and began to wander around in the room, he hadn't even quite understood why she suddenly got so angry even.*

She had just wanted him to understand her pride and not underestimate her. She didn't mean ot get so angry, but it was just how she felt about his reactions and his own mood. Muttering in her sleep she growled and rolled over.

* Ali studied the pictures intently and the blueprints of the boat, the rear of the boat would be best to climb up and it would have to be at night so his boat couldn't be spotted. If he stopped about 200 feet way from the boat then he could suba-dive over to it and use the element of surprise to kill the guards before he went inside after Wolf's teenage daughter. As for his wife, he'd focus on her after Wolf's daughter was safe.*

Loki had departed with Natalie while Ali was asleep and left him a sweet note and a kiss on the lips.
When she female arrived in the country the meet was taking place she was greeted by her happy mom and some of the other Alpha's who shared her views and were frienids. Loki let out a heavy sigh as the 3 head elders and 3 sub elders made their way ot her in the were form and the attacks began. Natalie ws safely tucked away inher grandmother's arms while her mom suffered and endured her beatign for being a traitor in the Elder's eyes. She had to wonder in the midst of gettgi attack if Ali could see or feel this.

* Leaning back in his chair, Ali called down the the equiptment room and told them to have the gear he would bring along aswell as a rubber boat ready in the harbor. It had been awhile since Ali scuba-dived. Would be fun.*

It had actually been more than a few days since Loki had been gone, more like a full month or almost two. Now she stood before the frotn door of Ali's domain covered in healing wounds from being "punished" and from hunting and getting scratched by brush and brambles. The only thing she had now would be a set of teeth and claw marks on upper left thigh from a dominace fight. Holding Natalie in one arm she pushed the door open and stepped inside.

So you came back?, we were beginning to wonder if you had taken the baby and ditched us all.* Illi smiled a little yet her tone had a serious undertone in it, rumors spread like wildfire and so far there had been rumors of Loki being killed by Ali, Loki having taken the kid and left and even that Loki still were here only she was chained to Ali's bed.* You should head straight up to the office, he's waiting.
