Jacob whined but was too tired to move away from kiah to get away from Jess. He hadn't slept in two days, and rather than eat, he'd been sustaining himself on alcohol. "it's her birthday...she'll come for me if i sleep...don't let me fall asleep...please don't let me...." he begged, but his head was heave and his arms fell to his sides

Jess looked down at him before laying him on the floor. "I'll try not to let him..." Pausing she thought of something before going into the kitchen, coming back with an ice cube, pressing it under his ear.

*Watched Jacob with worry, biting her lip and fiddling with something in her pocket, thinking through her choices* Jacob, stay awake! *Raised her voice a bit to keep him up and shook him*

Jacob looked up at the two with somber eyes. He knew there was nothing they could do to keep him awake. his drunken state had kept him locked away from sleeping and his memories, but that was fading fast. ".....can you take me home... i have to feed callen... and...kitten should be home soon... and...maybe I can raid gil's old booze closet" he said sleepily, trying his best to stay awake

*Watches him sadly after making a decision and nods in agreement, hoping that she can get alone with him before they leave* We'll take you home...

"I could whisk you through the moonlight... but London would be too far... I think the moon is set there..." She pondered. "It would probably be best for you to call... Would you like one of us to call?"

Jacob shook his head though. "wait...no... the fake n baker has a safe house here I think...i can go there....it isn't too far from the order...since he was spying on them until Bell joined us...." he said just before his knees gave out and he almost fell. Luckily he caught himself. ".....or...maybe...I should just go to the roof...." he realized, and hoped the cool night air might help wake him...though he wasn't too confident in any idea at the moment. He felt ill though, as if he were catching cold.

Alright. *Watches Jess disappear and rushes to Jacob's side, taking his hand and dropping a pill in it* Listen to me carefully. *Gives him a serious look and lowers her voice* When you get a chance, take this, but don't let anyone see it. It's going to make you sleep, but it might be able to keep... 'her' away. *Sees how tired he is and closes his hand over it* At this point, I don't know what else you can do. *Silently hopes he'll be too tired and drunk to remember this* And don't say anything about this, alright?
