"Certainly." Sabe said. He knew what Pen was talking about as well, but Waffle didn't.
She was about to say 'What?' when Sabe pulled her onto his lap.
Seems like he knows what Pen's talking about, because I don't.
Sabe looked down at Waffle and smirked at her with confidence, but Waffle knew that when Pen will send the ship into warp, he'd have that expression come right off. She smiled a tiny bit at that thought.

"Alright it will take a few minutes to drift into the gravity field but I assure you its worth the wait." Pen then went through another system check to make sure the ship was ready.
Luciano gave a confident smile to his companion and went with Pen's instructions.
"Here we go! Hold on tight!" Pen announced to the bridge. She then went on to power down the shields and gave the Luc the go ahead to transfer the power. "Keep it on standby. We are going to need it soon."

Waffle gave Skotti a wide-eyed glance that would've screamed 'You think?!', and then curled back into a ball, still sitting on Sabe's lap.

"You got that right Boss!" Pen then disappeared from the screen as it went black. No point to keep that up while we warp, saves energy too.
"Bro get ready we are 30 seconds to warping," Pen then dashed over to the core and braced herself. I need to time this out perfectly...

Skotti could not help but feel that he was in a movie, that when they came out of the warp it would be all happy and rejoicing and everything would be fine, Skotti smiled as the countdown continued.

"10," Pen said into the earpiece counting down the inevitable launch into space. She looked back at Luc and gave a confident look.
Everything is going to be okay. And we all can get back to our lives.
Typing away Pen looked back at the core and the energy readings. Unknown to the elf the core was fluxing as the power rose.
"5,4," Oh no, Pen saw the core violently sprang to levels higher than predicted. It was too late if she didn't do anything they would be sucked in the best she could do was stick to the plan.
"LAUNCH!"

Sabe was already laying back, thinking about when everyone gets home.
Finally, we get to head home, and I get to go back to sleep! Only a little bit of time until then. Then again...I wonder how long we've been held captive here. Hopefully it wasn't for too long.
He retained his grin as the seconds went by, but then grimaced as soon as Pen announced the launch. He held onto Waffle for dear life.

The lever went down the and the power went through to the engines. They roared and in a blink of the eye they were gone soaring through space.
The resulting burst of energy threw Pen back to the wall with the force of 10 elephants charging at once. The fact she lived was amazing for if she didn't brace herself she would have cracked her head open. However she did hit her head with a great deal of force. The elf's vision blurred and she thought she heard her name as she lost consciousness.
The core's unforeseen power send the ship into a warp that only be thought to be named as 13. The ship didn't just go through space the team would soon find they were going through dimensions and time. The ship stretched and then finally disappeared from existence along with its precious cargo.
The brain is funny thing. Where it can't remember it fill in the gaps even though it might not be true. The sub conscious holds the truth but over powered in the waking life.
The world the crew now inhabit wasn't home but their memories say otherwise. A new world of on different time line from their own filled with different opportunities.
A world not meant to be created...or last.

Skotti Gallows woke up in his bed, his king sized bed and struggled to get off "I have to get a smaller bed..." he said opening the blinds.
"Daddy!" screamed Skotti's son, Rilo Gallows.
"Hey ya little bum, what have you been up to this morning" Asked skotti.
"Mommy said it's dis many o' clock!" He said holding up three fingers.
"Oh man, I better wake up then huh?" said skotti, picking up his son.
Skotti walked into the kitchen and saw Mandi making dinner.
"You gave the cook a day off again?" asked skotti.
"Of Course! I would never miss a chance to use this amazing kitchen we just got" said mandi.
Skotti kissed her and put Rilo down.
"Where is my daughter?" asked Skotti.
"Still asleep, you know how she loves watching her daddy play live on the tv, she snuck up to watch" said mandi.
"Ah, better let her sleep a little then" said skotti.

Waffle had already blacked out, and Sabe had lost his mind for a good 12 seconds but then blacked out as the ship and its passengers were being flung beyond time and space. It was simply too much.

"............"
"...Waffle, dear?"
"......"
"Is she alright?"
"Both of you give her some damn space already!"
Colbur and the other man glared at Koteki. Waffle appeared unconscious, but then soon started to wake up. She sat upward, causing the damp rag on her forehead to fall off and also prompting the unnamed man to hug Waffle and kiss her cheek. Waffle was still being smothered with affection while Koteki left the room without a sound. The attendants were just glad that nothing serious happened to her, minus three of them: Totoro, Charlie and Sabe.
Speaking of Sabe, he wasn't faring too well for a moment either, also blacked out and mumbling. Totoro looked at Charlie, who looked at an unconscious Sabe and looked back at him while still deep in thought (which was quite the rare sight)
"What's Sabe babbling about?"
"I dunno....jellybeans?"
"I was thinking 'Styrofoam', but your guess seems closer than mine. Who knows..."
The door opened, and Waffle's father entered the room where Sabe and the other two were in. He looked at Sabe, noting that his condition still didn't improve.
"Both of you stay here. I'll be right back." he said with a slight tone of authority to it.
He left the room and then returned, carrying a small strip of cloth and a vial of pure camphor. He soaked the cloth with the strong liquid, and was about to place it on Sabe's nose. The strip of cloth wasn't even near Sabe's face when he woke up right away. This amused Koteki a little bit, while the other two were just plain laughing.
"Guess like that worked better than I expected." he stated with his trademark crooked smile. Sabe gave him a dirty look, only to get hugged anyways by Koteki and the two others in the room. Charlie looked around the room, then ran right out to tell everyone else that Sabe woke up too. Koteki turned to the door and shook his head, still smiling. He looked at both Totoro and Sabe, then motioned to the door.
"Let's head out of here before Charlie starts a riot and causes a mob to flood this room too." he said jokingly.

"Yo, elf get up!" a rather scrawny Italian started to kick a lump on the floor located in a small room in the back of a 1 star restaurant. The lump moaned and the man started to shout.
"Get your sorry butt out there and start taking orders!" The man then took the sheet off the poor creature who winced at the change of lighting. The man then left muttering, "I have too big of a heart to let that trash stay."
The elf got up slowly rubbing the sleep from her eyes. She began to gather her clothes together from around her on that cold room in that storage closet.
Getting dressed, she left for the cruddy restroom in the equally cruddy restaurant she lived and worked in. She splashed some water on her face and looked back at the elf in the mirror. "Another day huh, Penelope." she spoke with a growl as she left for the dinning area.
"About time you showed up," a large woman sat behind the front register and spoke curtly. Penelope looked around the dining room to see only empty tables. "Oh yeah I must of missed the rush, oh wait that requires customers." she scowled back at the woman with a disgusted.
"You don't speak to my wife like that Elf!" The man had returned and threw Penelope a broom. "Now go clean this place up!" Then he went to his wife giving her a comforting hug.
"Yuck, I hate couples," she muttered cleaning the daily dust that built in this place. "Hey Enrico!" Penelope said calling to the man.
He perked up with a stern expression, "Yes elf." He said as if she was a lower being and that she shouldn't be asking questions. She just returned the look with a scowl, "You want the tables done too," not like anybody used them.
"Actually I have a delivery for you. Think you can handle it?" he said smugly. She would give anything to wipe that look of his face.
"Where too?"
"Downtown"
"Thats specific"
"Just read the card and get out of my sights," He tossed the package of cold pasta to the her then added, "And its boss to you, scum."
She didn't respond but left with a enraged expression. No one is the boss of me.

Lana stepped out of a thrift store with bags of purchases. She put on some Blind Melon on her ipod and walked happily down the street. Her phone buzzed and she checked the text message, "Awww man, I missed class again, I should not have spent so long at hemp emporium" she said to herself.

((I'm going to play Alison's character for a bit. She'll be here soon!))
Luciano threw himself on top of Michelle to ensure her safety. She didn't buckle herself up fast enough so he decided to be her human shield. He felt everything around him change as time began to change. .
------
Luciano stood at the grill for a few moments scratching his head. He pushed his glasses up slightly and then Michelle came out and stood beside him. While he stared at the grill, he said to her "Baby,. . I don't think we got our money's worth with this thing. It won't ignite." he gently tapped on it with the butaine lighter and he scratched his head again.
Michelle looked up at him with a raised eyebrow, she said to him sternly "How about you just flip the little switch thingy-mabob that says 'Ignition' under it?" Luciano looked over at the switch his eyes went big and then he flipped the switch.
If one were standing in the distance near the Aguierre-Cheverria de Lenchantin residence, they could see a minor explosion in their backyard, and then hear two children go "COOL!!!!"
Luciano and Michelle stood at the lit grill with soot on their face. Michelle let out a small cough and then Luciano said, "Hey Babe. . remind me to actually READ the instructions when I actually put something together from now on, ok?"
