Damian had watched the whole thing in no apparent surprise or shock. "Tarrot magic huh?" He stated with a grin, common with gypsys." He said with a laugh, "Quite commen indeed." He just shrugged his shoulders and then walked back to the living room with a smirk upon his lips. He layed down upon one of the couches and he looked at the egg with a loving smile. He could not wait for the hatching...and for the look of awe upon Kabuki's face, seeing the grandfather's ressurection unfold infront of his eyes.

Damian grinned and he looked around, watching the red haze float around in the room, slowly moving still obviously in a circular motion, the center of the motion was around the egg. He laughed as he looked at it, the egg's black spots had now succesfully connected to form the shape of an obvious phoenix. He just smirked, this was happening exceedingly fast for a normal ressurection. He just hoped that his grandfather would not be pre-maturly ressurected from his death.

He smiled and he walked over to the egg and placed his entire hand upon the shell of the egg. It was obviously radiateing intense heat from the shell, because Damian's hand quickly withdrew and he blew on it. Though it would have burned a narmal person's skin terribly, it was not as bad for a phoenix itself. Though the eggs themselves were always extremely hot before the birth. "This is happening at quite the excellorated rate." He stated with a grin, "It will happen quite the bit shorter then I expected." He said, nodding slowly. Though...inside would more then likely not be a good idea for this." He stated, pointing to the already singed floor, the egg was getting increasingly hot and the floor had began to smoke. "Think you could get hydro to keep a continuous cold water supplyed around my hands?" He asked, for he knew if he could keep cold water around his hands without it just steaming away...he could move this egg.

Damian smirked as he watched everything unfold. Pyro picked up the egg and he was ready to follow him. He just semi-nodded and turned on his heel. Heading towards the back door he opened it wide and he walked into their back yard. Obviously many a ceremony had been held here, for there was a circular hole in the ground in the middle of their back yard, just the right size for the egg, the ground burnt around it. "Right there." He stated, poitning at the hole.

The light that the egg was emitting slowly but surely grew into a wider radius. The red light was almost like the essence of heat itself, flowing out and the grass around it immideately caught flame along with anything else within the grass. He could feel Kabuki's excitement and laughed as he shook his head. He smirked as he watched the egg and the light radiating around it. The light halted now, about four meters from the egg, a large radius, it was usually only a half meter.

Damian smile watching this next step, it looked as if there was magma within hte egg as several cracks formed on the outside, though it was much hotter then even that within this egg. The heat grew even more intence and it almost hurt to take breath into his lungs. He winced as he felt the overwhelming heat waves across his body, not hot enough to burn, but definately hot enough to cause his skin to turn a slightly redder color. Then, all of a sudden the light around the egg in one swift moment shot backwardsinto the egg.

Nothing happened, the light withdrew and the egg sat there, the cracks still on the side of the egg, emitting a little light because of the boiling hotness of the inside of the egg. Though the temperature around Damian and Kabuki considerably dropped and Damian's eyebrow rose into a quirk as he looked at Kabuki and scratched the back of his head.

Damian sighed as he quirked a brow, standing up and walking towards the egg cautiously, feeling the rising temperature from the cracks in the egg. He quirkedabrow and he looked the egg over, shaking his head. "Usually there is a rather large exp..." He stated, but was cut short by an extremely loud cracking sound. The egg proceeded to crack and then it created cracks all over the place. The egg shattered but nobody would immediately see the inside.

This was different, this egg for some reason did not follow the pattern of the others. It did not massively explode, but instead sent the red light they had seen before in every direction except about 30 times brighter and only fraction of the heat (around 45 Degrees celcius). It was like a masive dome of the blinding hot light the size of half the village and there were screams of surprise and shock coming from the town now.

Damian was thrown back by the force sent out for the first few feet by the egg and he landed on the roof of his home, burned from the intence heat let out with the force and he rolled down the roof and fell to the ground, landing hard and his vision slightly blurry. He hadn't see this kind of thing before and wasn't about to miss it over a minor cuncussion and some burns. He stood, not even realizingthe degree of the burns on his body and his vision slowly cleared as he looked at the egg. The light ever so slowly withdrew into the egg and there sat, not what Kabuki had thought ot be a human re-incarnation of his grandfather, but a full grown phoenix in the flesh. That was why the egg was so large.

((If you had been expecting a phoenix....exactly why had you fasioned a sword for it? sweatdrop And as I explained in my previous post the force was only within the first few feet around the egg....you were about 6 meters back....only a little away from the house...so really, the force nor heat with the force would have hit you...only the blinding light))

Damian grinned as he stood there in a slight ammount of pain. Not looking down to see his torn and burnt cloths and body. He only grinned as he saw the phoenix. It was a massive bird and flames licked over it's entire body as it sood proud. The eyes were like massive orbs of pure gold with one back speck in the middle. Damian's eyes grew wide as he saw it take flight, leaving a path of golden particles in the air as he did and as he flew the people of the village knew what had come to pass, the golden particles passing in a streak behind the bird, dissapearing without a trace after a few seconds.

The bird circled and it came back to the elder's home. He landed then in a very unexpected place. Right upon Damian's arm. The massive foot from the bird, onle one took up his entire arm, the other upon the other arm as Damian spread both arms out. It was a massive bird, but it seemed weightless upon his arms, as if it was nothing at all. It let out a loud screach, the bird still radiated intence heat, but only within the first couple of centimeters around it, the air around the bird further then that was normal. Though Damian knew the true purpose of the necklace now as the amulet flared extremely bright, it was taking the heat for him as he stood there, the ring was not for anything that he knew of so far.

A look of extreme pride came across Damian's face as he stood there and he almost laughed as he felt the birds tallons curl around his arms and lift him with it's massive wings. He knew he now had a companion for life, his grandfather...the phoenix. Damian wooted as the bird soared through the air and it did loopty loops and such as it did, circling the home it landed atop the roof of the building. This revealed something that nobody but the previous elders had seen. It was a secret training grounds, everythign he could ever need was atop the home, training equipment and a extremely wide variation of weapons and armors. He nodded and the phoenix took him back down. "Well....looks like you have seen what the egg had in store." He said with a smirk as he landed beside Kabuki.
