Ryland giggled in return and looked down at Kana, giving a little grin as the cub pawed at the feather in a cat-like manner. Tilting his head to the side, he looked at Tae and ran his fingers gently through Kana's fur. "Yes, feathers are beautiful, but so are little bear cubs," He stated cutely.
"My only worry are the influences others are going to give him that I can't stop. Jeph won't be a bad influence, but Elijah will... So with Angellus, he's an angel, but he's got such a dirty mind! Though I'm sure he'll turn out.. okay.. as an adult," Ryland winced with a giggle, knowing that the spirit child would have quite the interesting upbringing.

Tae couldn't help but to giggle. "I'm sure he will be fine also. Ryland will e a greater influence than all of them, i expect. Just be yourself and things will work out good." He said softly, giggling at Kana as he growled happily, rolling onto his back and chewing softly on Ryland's hand.

Ryland giggled softly and nodded as he moved his hand around lightly in a form of play with the cub. He was used to just getting down and wrestling with them, even adolescents. That was how he first came to prove to his tribe that not everything they didn't understand was a beast. Just because something couldn't be understood, didn't mean it was a killing machine.
Though, it had taken a lot of work to show them that he and the bear were wrestling, not that the bear was trying to eat him. Ryland was sort of an oddball from his own tribe, but after they got used to the animals and they all started living together peacefully, he fit right in amongst everyone else... Although he could understand the animals, though he generally kept that one quiet. "Well thank you, Tae. I'll certainly do my best."

Kana pawed at the swirling hands, trying to grab at them and playfully gnaw on them. He made soft growling noises as he "Wrestled" with the other's hand.
Tae giggled more, watching the pair. He sighed softly to himself as he had to face the facts though. Kana would grow up to be a huge grizzly one day, and she'd have to return him to the forest or else he'll scare everyone. But then, he'd also have to stay with him untill he adapted, which wasn't so bad.. but how would he be able to let go?
It didn't come to his attention that Kana was already 5 years old, and still hadn't grown an inch since he had grown his fur so fluffy, And that he could talk quite easily to humanoids. Truth was, Kana was a sort've Spiritual guide, in the form of a petpet to look after Tae and keep him from being lonely. I mean, how on earth could a bear cub of Kana's size travel from the mountains to the asylum without being noticed?

Ryland smiled and looked down at Kana, continuing to move his hand around in their 'wrestling' manner before he finally allowed the cub to gnaw playfully on his hand for a bit as he ran his ungnawed fingers through the soft fur. Turning to look at Tae, his brows furrowed lightly as he raised a brow and smiled.
"Exactly how old is Kana, Tae?" Ryland knew about spiritual guidance - a little bit, anyway. Smiling softly down at the cub, he removed his hand from his mouth to move it around a few more times before letting him gnaw on it again.

Slowly but surely, step by step, a strange Anthro wandered around, glancing about every now and then before he stuck his hand into his pocket of his pants, causing him to lift his skirt just to get to the pocket. Pulling out a near handful of pills. Stopping, he walked over to a small creek he saw. Rushing over, he shoved the pills into his mouth and then got a handful of water, leaning over the edge with his head close to the water to shove the water into his mouth before throwing his head back lightly to swallow them down.
Shaking his head, he slowly stood up and dusted himself off, wiping his hands off on his jeans before he got up and began to walk off again, wandering around aimlessly until he spotted a rather large building that looked similar and yet different from his own home. Familiar... Walking closer, he sat down in what could be considered the yard, pulling his feet together, his hands on his feet, sitting much like a child in the butterfly position.

"Oh..? I don't really know.. I've lost count of the days really...I should think several seasons..." He Said, thining about how many winters he had spent curled up around the hibernating Kana. This was likely coming up to the 5th winter...
"Oh my... I just realised he hasn't grown since I found him! You don't think he's ill do you?" His eyes watered slightly as he thought that he had been mistreating the cub all these years for him not to be growing properly.

From around the creek, the strange pillpopping anthro had been followed stealthily by a large, yet agile form. He was quite an unusual anthro himself, as not many people would have seen a heavily built rabbit with 6 inch fangs protuding from the mouth.
His attention had been grabbed by the sheer ammount of pills the other had just gulped down, and as he seemed to be heading for the asylum, the Sabre-bunny followed him, keeping his presance unknown until the guy sat down. He was slightly worried the - fox was it? - would faint from an overdose of his medication.
But yet he seemed fine, which only pointed to one thing; He was used to the large ammount of pills, which meant he could only be a long time patient of someplace. But Sabre couldn't see this link. Still either way, he wondered if this boy was either lost or new to the asylum, and walked over to him.
Sitting down, then trying to copy his sitting position - to little effect - he tilted his head at the fox, the metal in his ear causing it to droop a little more than the other.
"Hello, are you lost?"

"No, I do not think Kana is ill..." Ryland smiled softly and gently rubbed Tae's back to help calm him down as he tried to think on it. Several seasons old, and yet not growing since Tae had found him. That sounded more like a spiritual guide than anything else did. Giving a little grin, he offered reassurance.
"Tae, I think Kana is your spiritual guide. Never will he age, and never will he leave you. He will be here for you always, you really don't need to worry about it in the least," Ryland said softly with a gentle smile as he nodded his head, very confident in his words.

"A mind never gets lost, only a body. A mind knows where it is at all times - inside one's head - it is one's body that cannot stay put," Andie said softly before turning his deep gold eyes towards the odd creature, a smile curving the corners of his lips. Studying the other over, slowly and deliberately, his eyes traced down Sabre's body until landing upon his face once more, the smile seeming to grow a bit bigger.
My, my. Interesting genetics, handsome... Just a few things that piked his interest, "No, I am not lost, and I don't suppose you are lost either." Andie turned his eyes back towards the asylum as his tail flicked about behind him, his ears twitching. Metal also lined up and down his ears, a skull pin in his hair and a skull chocker around his neck. A soft.. purr, was it? came from his throat as he looked upon the more habitable asylum. "We are both sitting outside of an asylum.. Are we not?"

Tae sniffled, calming down quickly and looking to Kana. "A Guide..? I.. I was actually blessed with a Guide? After all this time..?" He started to joke on his tear, though they were now tears of joy. "Oh my! I.. I must seem so ungreatfull to the great spirits.. I never thanked them for their gift!"
Kana crawled out've Ryland's lap, pulling himself into Tae's and nuzzling against the cat's stomach. "You have no need to thank them. You've showed your greatfullness by looking after me so kindly, as if you was my own mother. A word of thanks is drawfed by those kind actions."
He growled affectionatly, before pulling away to look up at Tae. "After all, us bears are the spirits of Love. You've done enough just by opening your heart to others, to show them thanks enough."

The head had tilted to the other side as the fox gave his little.. proverb. It was an odd way of thinking about it, but in a way, he was correct. He knew the area like the spots on his hands. Yet somehow he'd always snap out've a daydream finding himself totally lost in teh middle of town.
Snapping out've the thought bubble he was in now, he blinked at the male, before smiling. "Yes, This is the Acornbourne asylum. It's an asylum that houses the more perminant patients of the area." He said with a nod. "If you're not a registered patient it would be advised to not sit around here. At least not on your own." He told him, hoping the other wouldn't take offence to anything.

Ryland smiled and watched the two with a tenderness in his eyes before he picked up the dreamcatcher and his orb. Leaning down, he gently gave Kana a pet on the head before he kissed Tae softly atop his head, walking towards the door before he stopped and turned around, suddenly realizing that he really didn't remember the way to Naruto's room, or the office.
"Tae... do you think you could show me the way to Naruto's room? I... kind of forgot," He said sheepishly, not really wanting to admit that he was lost if he stepped outside the door alone, but being strong enough to do so anyway.

"The Acronbourne asyum..." Andie repeated softly beofre he closed his eyes and cupped his chin in his own hand, lifting his other arm to cross it over his chest, resting it against the upright arm while he remained in the butterfly sitting position, "I have an asylum all to myself. I thought all of them were like that." He stated softly. He had never wandered outside his asylum since the day he was brought there by his... creator. Andie wasn't born. He was created, along with another.
Not exactly a brother, and yet a brother at the same time. James Aleksandir... although he perferred to be called Aleksandir, and told not a single soul that his first name was James. Andie... was simply Andie. No last name, no catchy name. A little ironic how they had given a genius a name that a fly could remember throughout it's life span, if they were able to comprehend such things as names from the human tongue.
"Oh, am I alone? I didn't realize I was so alone with a handsome bunny sitting beside me," Andie said softly as he closed his eyes, his smile disappearing into a soft, neutral frown. Sighing, he leaned his head over onto Sabre's shoulder and took in a breath, "Another figment of my imagination. Something so life like only created inside of the mind and seen by no other but me then, hmm?"

Tae looked up at the departing cat, and smiled warmly. He stood up and tucked the bear into his basket, kissing his head before following Ryland.
"Of course I can show you to Naruto's room. I'd be more than happy to. I don't want anything happening to you on the way back." He said softly. "Do you have your orb?"

Sabre had a few weird brothers of his own. Let's see... He had a Transvestite nurse, a hairdresser, a stripper with as many different personalities as there are colours, a raver and a slave boy. Family was always a fun subject in Sabre's world.
He blinked as the other leaned against him. "If i wasn't real I beleive you would have fallen over by now. And I've been here a lot longer than i've met you.. i think." Then it clicked.
".. You think I'm handsome?" He asked, seemeing to be in disbelief.

Ryland smiled softly and nodded, holding up the orb he held carefully in his hands before looking towards Kana as he was set into the basket. Turning, he opened the door and stepped out, giving a light stretch as he yawned softly and looked back down at his hands, just to make sure that he had both the dream catcher and the orb, which he did.
Purring softly, he looked around before smiling brightly at Tae, "I'll be sure to visit you again sometime, okay? I don't want to lose contact with you again. The first time was hard enough," He said with a very small giggle as he blushed just lightly.

"How do we know I'm really leaning on you? We never really physically touch anything... or, at least, no one has ever tried to prove it wrong." Andie said softly. He was a physical being, and although he had experienced intimate contact, he never felt a sensation of it. Perhaps he was just void of feeling because he was always over thinking things?
Gently petting Sabre's arm as he closed his eyes, he gave a little nod, a soft sound escaping his slightly parted lips, "Mmhmm." A pause before he continued onward, "I wouldn't have said it if I did not mean it... Would I have?" He asked softly, already knowing the answer himself. True, he was a flirt, but he was also very picky. Those he chose to flirt with, were good looking in his eyes.
"Do you not hear that a lot or something?" Andie asked after opening his eyes, sitting up to furrow his brows lightly, his lips turning into a neutral frown again at the thought of that. How strange just the thought of that was. Of course, maybe other Anthros didn't have the same taste as Andie himself?

"I'll be waiting for you to visit again then, Ryland." He said softly, purring as well as he lead on from his room. "You can send things here at Acornborne, and I'll get them if you put my anme on it."
He rarely got mail, but had seen other people gete it, and looking happy to be reciving contact from outside friends and relatives that couldn't visit. He understood well that for some people, being surrounded by others just made it a more lonely place to be.

Sabre heard out the other's explination, but turned away to rub his head. All this theory was making his head ache. He did try to look intrested though, as it was polite to do so. Though, his ear perked up at the final question, meaning it was his turn to talk.
"Oh? I hear just fine.. I have the greatest hearing in teh asylum so far, they say. But. I just can't understand." He said with a simple smile, before moving a hand to feel the back of teh other's head, before pressing down on a point to the side.
"I'm one of a few people to be shot in the head, and survive. They told me that because of the bullet still in my brain, my logical ability has been screwed up, so I likely wont be able to think straight again. My train of thought is a single carrage to put it simply. At least, that's what they used to help me figure it out. I'm still unsure though."

Ryland nodded softly, "I'll send you mail as well." He added with affirmation in his voice. If he found himself stuck with a busy life and was inable to get over to the asylum for a visit, he would send Tae mail, although he perferred to actually visit so that they could be with each other and not have Tae feel so lonely, although he was positive that Kana kept Tae company.
Smiling softly as they walked, he closed his eyes and held onto the orb and the dream catcher, his ears flicking as his tail twitched about behind him every so often, examing the doors they passed, only being able to remember the embedded leaf... thing on his door.

Andie blinked and sat upright abruptly when he felt the hand on the back of his head, fingers pressing down on a certain point. Blinking a few more times he reached up and grabbed Sabre's hand, putting it between his hand as he pushed their hands down onto the ground in the open space between his knees, his face flushing as his cheeks puffed out in a somewhat childlish manner.
"Hey, hey... Watch it now, if you're that strong you may crush my head," Andie said softly as his face flushed more. There was an odd tingle at the other's touch, one that was foreign and so unfamiliar it caused an uncomfortable feeling to make his stomach flutter in a manner he didn't like. It was just something he wasn't used to.
Turning his head to the side, he glanced back towards Sabre and then glanced down towards the ground, still holding the other's hand on the ground between his knees, not realizing that it was far worse down there than on the back of his head. It took him a few moments to come to realize this, and once he noticed he released Sabre's hand with a very sheepish smile before he leaned against him again. "I guess the back of the head is better than putting you so close to my crotch. My apologies," He said in a very soft tone. "And... I am sorry to have learned about your unfortunate loss of logic... Logic is over rated sometimes, y'know, so it's okay."

Tae giggled softly, and nodded happily, excited already at the thought that he had an official visitor. It filled him with joy.
With a flick of his tail, he quickly navigated his way to Naruto's door, using various "landmarks" Of more noticable markings on the doors. One being that one was made entirely from gold, and the one opposite it was frozen over. And then another time had a plush rabbit pinned to the door.
Though eventually they came to teh one with teh Konoha leaf symbol, and Tae hugged Ryland tightly. "I hope nothing ill comes to you between the next time we meet, Ryland." He told him softly, purring.

Sabre did see this effect, but of course was unable to link it to the touches, and was about to ask him if he was cold, until he spoke. He glanced down, looking a little guilty.
"I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to hurt you, if I did. I just wanted to show you where." He explained, rubbing his ear as the other leaned on him, blinking at the second set of speach. He didn't get what was meant by that either.
"I wasn't about to crush that.. you know... I don't enjoy hurting people if i can avoid it..." He rubbed the back of his head now. "But it's odd... You seem to be very logical... It's like we're total opposites of each other i suppose.. You do seem really smart."

Ryland purred softly at the hug and gently kissed his friend on the cheek. "Don't worry, when I come here again I'll probably bring Jepherie to protect me if I haven't been with Naruto that day." He nodded softly and then turned to the door, taking in a deep breath as he gently knocked on it, not wanting to simply open it and intrude on the other, since he had come to his room to calm down.
Ryland still couldn't help but feel guilty about it. Technically, he was the cause of that... though, when he thought about it, it may have happened sooner or later... it just so happened... sooner rather than later. Sighing softly he pursed his lips toghether and waited patiently.

Andie blinked and looked down rather guiltily as well as he continued to lean against Sabre, "No, I'm sorry. I overreacted a bit. I've been neglecting myself from society, so I guess I'm just not used to others touching me... I'm used to touching them," He frowned slightly and furrowed his brows, seeing that it didn't make much sense to him.
"I'm a cuddler, a hugger, a snuggler, and a kisser... I just haven't done any of those things in quite some time. I do apologize, for you did nothing wrong, okay?" Andie said softly before he smiled lightly and looked around before he began to purr softly again. It was nice to start up a social life again, it would just take some time getting used to all over again.
"What things do you like to do? You know, as hobbies?" He asked softly, trying to work out his conversational skills again. He had them once before, but was having difficulty finding them again... since he was used to holding a conversation with himself and his voices rather than other real beings.
