Takamura said that he's working some pretty rough hours, so he might not make it this round. It sucks cause I was looking forward to the fight between samurai.

I heard that sometimes samurais have butt sex before battle with their opponents. Is that true?

There's a practice called shudo that some feudal lords had between vassals that...actually was that. Nobunaga Oda and Ranmaru Mori are one instance of it, which is probably why popular culture depicts Ranmaru mostly like a girl-boy.

Then again, a lot of civilizations did that. You think Achilles and Patroclus were just friends?

Tenkai isn't a samurai by its definition. So, no, no buttsecks.

@Tenkai: You know WAAAAAY too much about this stuff. Tenkai's a monk, though, right? And when they say monks have to be pure and can't touch a woman, that never says they can't do anything intimate with another man...

Either that, or Tenkai's not a very good monk. XD

Monks are supposed to be celibate period, and even then that doesnt always happen the way it's supposed to.

Then again Tenkai's not even -completely- a monk with how odd his religious setup is.
