... *twitches* >< (Highlight below to find out)
Well, my mom went to a job conference and they decided to have a contest for a prize. Whoever solves the riddle wins. However, the accountant that made it up decided to say "It's really hard and only really smart people will get it", so now not only me, but many many other people (including my mom and My mom's friend) are reeeeeally pissed off and want to get it and shove it in their face, but not only am I exhausted, I have a huge headache cause I still need sleep x-x And so I'm trying my hardest to think of something and I can't.
The riddle goes something like this:
Using only 2 + 2 with mathematical formulas (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), can you make any number besides 4, 1, and 0? The answer is yes. What is the last number?
As of right now, -4 and 2 aren't answers...Don't know about anything else...
And besides all that, I can't get episode 118 of DC to download ;___; It stopped at 91%...
Edit: Also, we only have until 3:30 to solve the highlightedness... ><

whee *tis spinning around in a circle, pretending gold is falling from the sky* My friend Kit12 and I were given our friend's account because she can't go on Gaia anymore. So we use her as a mule now. Plus, one time I gave her a Kiki Kitty...and now we're gonna sell it! Do you know how much those are worth?! whee *eyes sparkle* I think might actually get rich 4laugh We also split her gold we're also going to split the Kiki's gold
Alex: whee

Emi: Mathematical riddles can be very technical in what's allowed and what's not. Could you perhaps write out the exact riddle that was given? Word for word?
I once solved a math riddle. Using ten 2's, create a mathematical formula with an end product of 100. The answer was 2 + 2 + 2 + 22 + 22 + 22 + 22.

LadyDelaidra *hugs Emi* @___@ Oh my. So, you can't make one of the 2's a negative, can you? *hugs back* T___T Nope. Decimals probly won't work either cause one negative 2 didn't. And we only have until 3:30...Otherwise we have to hear the guy brag...How I wish I was there to smack him T_______T

Tiana Sidhe Try -2, Emi. *is listening to Jaga's Theme (Thundercats)* If -4 didn't work, I can't imagine other negatives working or how... And my mom picked up, the exact riddle is: You have 2 and 2, using the mathmatical formulas of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divison, can you come up with an answer that is not 0, 1, or 4. The answer is yes, what is the number?
