sorry had to run away and do some actual counseling. One of our residents turned into a mess after he talked to his father thats basically disowning him due to his mental illness... its sad, really.
But he should be okay now.
And im back.

yeah it is. it seems to be the case with alot of families though. but he seems okay for now, he said he wanted to talk more tomorrow so well see how things go.

yeah they all seem to go through this sort of thing. Especially since he is one of our newer clients. First is becoming stable on their meds and dealing with day to day stuff. Then when that is established it becomes kind of a 'alright lets see where im at and pick up the pieces of my life'
and sadly many of them dont have much left. Its either this or homeless shelter, this or jail, this or a hospital. And its tough for them all to come to terms with the fact that whatever cause or whatever happened during their mental illness and before they ended up in the hospital the first time. Ends up having them shunned from their family or some just get dumped off and the family wants to have nothing to do with the person anymore. It is sad, but its why our company is here. To help them come to terms with that, teach them to do things for themselves and try to have a decent life.
So hopefully he will, he should, since like i said, its a common occurance with most of our residents.

on a less depressing note.
Im finally getting nice clear skin! YAY! Chemical peels and special wash and lotion. its workign so nicely. soon ill have a nice clear acne/acne scar free back and face.
ill be so happy

sorry to have gone missing for a few days, I've been so freakishly busy packing and moving back home and seeing all my friends that I havn't had any time to get online. I know I owe posts, I'll get the them soon. :<

its this chemical stuff that (usually done at a spa) the lady puts on your face, or back. And when she removes it, it removes the top most layer of skin. It helps get rid of wrinkles, blemishes, reduce the size of pores, give you a youthful look, gets rid of age spots.. etc... you get the piccy.
So you end up looking younger, have brighter healthier looking skin, with an even tone. without the use of makeup lol
