tic_tac_joe Osiris smiled pleasantly, clasping his hands behind his back. "Just watching your work, Captain. Carry on." He looked at the others in turn, hiding his energy and the fact that he was pleased to have them in the city. Sionet coughed a bit... "umm sir. I am to be reporting into you as of now. I came by your office earlier, but you were either out or other wise occupied with business...... of sorts." Sionet said in a loud clear voice. Damned sure he couldn't not hear her. Watching his back she picked up on some subtle things with his body language, as if trying to hide something. Dismissing it, she stood next to Captian Rhyn at full attention. A piece of parchment in her hands for him to read. Umm on a near by roof, DD watched all this silently. A thin amused grin on her face. Wondering if Osiris would react too her or just ignore her. DD had thoughts that he was a sexless person devoted to their mistress. And that he'd do well too control the song bird once she was under their control.

Osiris looked at her, staring her down. He reached out and took the paper, not breaking eye contact until he looked down to read it.
Before he was halfway through the first sentence, he sensed DD's presence nearby. He continued on as before, not reacting in any way. However, he sent a mental query in her direction, asking why she was there.
((uhh what is the paper supposed to say, exactly?))

Rhyn could do nothing more than stand there, looking like she was happy to be in the presence of her commander. Inside, though, she wanted to run, hide, cower behind Sionet and claim that this was all a bad dream. Couldn't let those be seen, though, so she stood there, silent like a gargoyle during the day. Stone silent. Not a word. "Damn." Well, screwed that up quickly.

There was a slight rumbling.
Xecos rushed over to the captain. "What's going on?"
"Whatever it is, it isn't coming from my ship."
Xecos rushed to the side of the boat and looked into the water. He couldn't see much, so he used his animal eyes.
It burst from the water in front of the ship.
"Hard to Port!" The captain yelled and the ship almost instantly started turned to avoid the monster.
The monster stared at the boat for a couple seconds before slding back into the water, for another attack.

Tika was caught off gaurd by the monster, but now she had her sword out. She waited for a chance to attack.
"Nothing will stop me from saving my sister this time... Not even Twilight." This most likely would be Tika's last trip to Anara. Because either she'd be dead, or she'd actually save her sister and herself. Because tika had finally found clues to what she searched for. but only time would tell if they were true.

Xecos took his sword off his back and waited for the monster to resurface.
It felt power from the ship. "This will be fun." It started to gather power.
Xecos wasn't that good at water fighting, but as long as he landed, back on the ship, it'd be fine.
"Xecos! Tika! Get it before it can take this ship to the depths!" The captain yelled to the two.

DD from her perch smiled as she focused on the paper. Yawning and purring mentally at Osiris, "it says that this is Sionet Belgrenda. And that why she is here, she is to be under your command as a doctor. That her services are ours till what she needs to do is done in this town." She stated with a slight bit of bordem.
A small mental tap on the back of his mind. "Also let me tell you something, this chick can heal...She is good enough that she can bring people back from the brink of death." DD said yawning again.
Sionet unaware of all this, felt the emotions coming from Rhyn. She reached back and gently touched the womans hand. Turning half way to give her a smile as her eyes asked, "what is wrong my friend?"

Xavier kicked the door to his room open with Ted/Virgil still in his arms and the tender, defenseless Hope meekly following after. Xavier turned and dumped Ted onto the bed with hardly a thought, staring out the window for a moment before turning to Hope with a large, fanged grin on his face and burning mischeif in his eyes. "Now then, little dumpling.." he said, a low growl accompanying his voice.
Hope's eyes widened and the poor girl's heart leapt and fluttered like a caged butterfly in her chest. "E-eh?!" the soft girl's voice was barely a squeak and she looked like she was about to faint.
Xavier burst into his warm, deep laughter before roughly patting the terrified Hope on the head a couple of times. "Do not worry little one, I have no plans of consuming you." he said, a wide grin on his face as he stared at her with his burning eyes and his warm hand on the top of his head.
Hope had shut her eyes when he reached out towards her and tensed up, but slowly she opened one of her eyes to look at Xavier, then the other. Her big, dark-blue eyes blinked a few times as a dumb founded look came on her face. And without much thought her slender little arms reached up to wrap around Xavier's arm so she could squeeze it as tightly as her weak grip would let her, her face turning a bit red.
Xavier chuckled at this but then suddenly felt something sharp and opened his eyes to see Hope had latched onto his hand with her teeth. "Ah?" he tilted his head and blinked; he hadn't expected such a reaction from her. "Oh? Are you upset, or is it that you wish to have a piece of me for your own?" Xavier asked in his smooth voice, curious as to what she was thinking.
Hope didn't say anything, she just remained attached to Xavier, refusing to let go with her arms or her teeth. Her face was a bit flushed; she was embarrassed and a little flustered that she had been frightened in the first place. Hope hated being so helpless and scared all the time.

Kinsel was hunting in the forest of Qualos when he spotted a group of travelers headed toward Haven City. I can probably gip some food from them. Kisel thought as he changed into his cute looking animal form and headed for the group. upon reaching them he walked over to a young boy and stared innocently at him as he tried to set up a tent. the boy looked at him and said "Aww look how cute you are. are you hungry little fellow?" Kinsel made a sad noise and his eyes seemed to grow wider. " Ok, wait here i'll be back." the boy said. Kisel watched the boy go retrieve a bag then return. " here you go he said putting some fresh fruit on the ground. Kinsel preffered meat but didn't mind fruit and was hungry enough not to care so he pick up a fruit and devoured it. he cooed then snatched another and climbed a tree to eat it.

Hope blinked and her pretty dark-blue eyes moved to look at Shade, and at the sight of him she quickly let go of Xavier and ran over to happily cling to him. "Sh-shade!" if the girl had any weight to her she might've knocked Shade over, but he didn't even budge when she made impact. Hope was as happy as can be at the moment.
Xavier chuckled as he looked at the tiny bite marks on his hand briefly before dismissing them and walking over to where Shade and Hope were. "Indeed, and it appears that no matter how long you have been away a child is always clinging to you and someone is in a state of unconciousness." he said, gesturing to Hope and Ted before twirling a piece of his long black hair around one of his fingers. "It appears that Ted was injured and Sionet has gone away with a misstress by the name of Rhyn. Old aquantances, I presume."

Ted slowly regained consciousness, but not enough of it to really gain any semblance of coherency of his surroundings. "No, mommy. I didn't wet the bed. I promise." Then he went out of it again.

Rhyn didn't even notice Sionet's glance in her direction. She was much too worried about her commander in front of her. Hence, she was shaking slightly, sweat was pouring down her face, and she was on the verge of having to empty her bladder.

Tika summoned her two guardian fox spirits. "Protect this ship please."
The spirits nodded, and both began circling the ship. One on each side as they patrolled.
Tika's sword began glowing.

Xeocs nodded to Tika. "I'll flush it out into the open. You take it out with everything you have."
Xecos ran to the front of the boat. He took off some cloths, leaving his pants on. With sword in hand he dove into the water.
It watched the man come into it's territory. "Stupid human." It opened it's mouth and swam forward.
Xecos looked around and then saw a huge jaw coming for him. He held out his sword and deflected it.
The monster swam downward, disappearing in the depths.
Xecos looked around. He swam up and took a breath of air before, swimming under the surface again.
The monster had went striaght down. Now positioned below the man, It swam straight upward.
Xecos looked down, suddenly the huge figure of the monster appeared. Xecs barely got into position when it struck him.
From the water rose the huge monster and Xecos near it's mouth.
Water exploded from the impact, and now rained everywhere.
"Tika Now!"
