In Venice, there is a Japense Steak House named Kirby's.
And in Pennsylvania, there is an ice cream shop called Kirby's.
We all went there to get some on the last day.. Tis tradition.

We had been getting Ice Cream at Kirby's long before I was even on Gaia.
And Matt was the one actually to see the stakehouse as we drove to the beach.
