Bakura grinned, despite the pain and blood that had come into his mouth. "Doesn't matter to me. Just borrowing this body for now. I could care less about Ryou's mental welfare if I must resort to using him again." He glanced over at Leila, who was glaring silently at them all. "But watch out. Kill Khalid and she might just claw your eyes out."

Bakura hesitated. "I give Ryou his memories back and don't mess with them any more, and you and your little group of friends won't beat up the body?" Bakura offered, his voice soft because of the damage Atem did to it. There was a growing pain in his stomach area, and he wondered if there was any serious damage to it.

"Okay." Bakura said, nodding his head, a wary eye on Atem. The Millennium Ring started to glow faintly as a few memories were replaced, but the door opened, a nurse walking in, looking over a clipboard. Bakura's eyes widened immensly, and he snatched the IV needle, jamming it painfully into his arm. His eyes grew glassy and he waved lazily to the nurse, his eyes closing as she moved over to him to check him over. The nurse was so absorbed in her work she didn't even take notice of Kira, whose appearance had been passed along to all of the staff to find her. She left in a minute, looking over her clipboard still. Bakura rolled his eyes and started to take out the needle, but changed his mind. Khalid would need something to take his mind off of the pain when he took control again. "Wait." He held out his hand for Kira to shake. "I've got to make sure you don't back down..."
Bakura had slyly replaced the worst of Ryou's memories first before there was the delay of the nurse. Ryou had been semi-talking with Yugi, just mindless chatter. He suddenly tensed up as he remembered some of the awful emotional and physical tortures he had to go through before. He started trembling vioeltnly, tensed up, overwhelmed with the suddenness of it all.
A concerned look grew on Yugi's face when Ryou suddenly stopped in mid-sentence and started shaking. "Hey. You oka--?" He put a hand on Ryou's shoulder, but the boy suddenly lashed out, striking Yugi harshly across his face, hand curved into a claw. Yugi screamed at this abrupt action, which only allowed Ryou know his location and strike out again, hitting his throat this time, crushing his windpipe, even more than Atem had done to Bakura with his cast.

Kira reached out letting go of his hair but still holding on to his neck.She shook bakura's hand. "I wont."

"Good." Bakura winced, rubbing his sore throat after he shook Kira's hand. He was really stretching out the time he had until Kira would get angry at him for not returning Ryou's memories. Closing his eyes, the Millennium Ring glew faintly as he found his link with Ryou. He paused a few seconds before grinning wildly and adding the rest. Then he retreated into the Millennium Ring to allow Khalid entrance to the body. He was already getting a little dizzy from the drug.
When Khalid took control, he didn't open his eyes. Pain from the two strong punches washed over him, and he allowed himself to slip into unconsciousness, which was quite easy thanks to the IV needle.
Yugi let out a sigh of relief when Ryou suddenly froze, collasping to the ground. He guessed that Bakura had done something to his friend, and didn't hold anything against Ryou as he moved cautiously closer to see if he was awake.
"Let go of me," Atem growled, knowing that that would be all he could do to Bakura for now. "I'm going home..." He could always wait there until Yugi had to come back.

"nope" kira said and started to drag him out of the hospital "not till were far away from the hospital.I shall be walking ya home."

Atem reached out and made contact with Yugi as Kira dragged him along. Wrapped up in his anger, he failed to pay attention to his hikari. So it was a shock to him when he found Yugi, bleeding a little and bruised, checking over Ryou. He growled.
Tears stung the boy's eyes, but he ignored his now cold yami as he struggled to lift Ryou, who was unconscious, onto the couch. But Ryou was larger than the boy, and Yugi failed to do that. 'Fail.' The word suddenly popped into his head, prehaps a thought of his own, prehaps something Atem just said to him, but it caused Yugi to sink to the floor, sobbing into his hands, finally able to get the emotions he felt when Atem changed, when he rarely saw his friends, when all of that happened, that he had bottled up.

Hearing this kira pressed a pressure point on atem's neck knocking him out.She had draged him to his house but before leaving him kicked him roughly in the balls.She then headed to her own house.As she got there she went inside seeing yugi crying "Oh yugi....dont listen to him.." she said going over and gently rubbing his back.

The boy didn't seem to hear or even feel Kira. After a while he managed to calm himself enough to taking deep, ragged breaths, his throat still hurting from Ryou. Wiping his tears away on his sleeve, he looked up at Kira. "I'm sorry..." He mumbled, turning a light shade of pink. He had a scratch mark from Ryou on his cheek, blood slowly welling in it. "I-I've gotta go home now. Gramps is prob'ly worried."

"Yeah... Sure..." Yugi mumbled, nodding his head slowly. He doubted that Atem would allow him to leave the house. He silently slipped out of the door, not looking forward to going home. Maybe he could kill some time at the park or something.
A little bit after Yugi left, Ryou rolled over, groaning. "Kira...? What's going on?" His mind was a little fuzzy, and all he could remember was being with Yugi, feeling oddly air-headed. "Where'd Yugi go?" By how he was talking, one couldn't be sure if he had his memories back or not, because fifteen minutes ago he knew Kira's and Yugi's names and was with Yugi and would've noticed that he was gone.

"Ryou....What did you get me last valitines day?" she asked.He had got her with teddy bear that she never slept without.He always teased her that she should date the teddy bear and him.He called it her stuffed boyfriend. She wanted to test if he got his memories back.

"Your stuffed boyfriend," Ryou answered simply, "Why?" A slightly confused look came over his face as he wondered what was wrong with her. His memory-less time was still fuzzy to him, and he didn't want to try to sort it out yet.
