"M-my art..? Its not good... only one person bought it out of pity... You wouldn't like it..."
He looked down at his cup, fishing out another ice cube.

She laughed at his akwardness beign that normally she was the akward one. "Well let me decide whether or not I like it," she smiled. Anyone who said their art was bad... was most likely really good.

Sighing, he took out his book again.
He thumbed through the pages, looking for a picture worthy of showing.
"Really... they're not that good."

With her nice Deathdealer reflexes she quickly took the book from the boys hand, flipping through the drawing's quickly before he could take it back. "Bloody hell these are good," she said in surprise, going through a page a second.

He looked around for his book a good minute before realizing she had snatched it.
"How did you...?"

Elke sauntered lazily into the dimly lit bar. She stumbled through the people on the dance floor, grateful to find a seat. She plopped on the leather seated chair, her boots hitting the floor with two claps.

"It's called being a Deathdealer," she said with a smile, handing him back his book. "They're all beautiful. I'll buy any one of them. You pick." She took a sip of her drink, leaning back against the seat as he comprehended what had just happened.

"Ey," her Irish accent that was normally just barely audiable could easily be heard as she said that, but her voice quickly goes back to normal. "You're talented Sai."

"Tha...thanks..."
He looked aside, fighting a blush.
First time I'm being treated so nicely since my father kicked me out... Ah, and she's a girl...
"If you want I can do a portrait of you."

"Oh?" she smiled. "That would be lovely if you wouldn't mind." She sat up straight and took another drink from her glass. She then ran her long slender fingers throw her short raven hair.

Elke glanced over curiously at the girl who entered, watching her sit close by. She crossed her legs, changing her view to the dance floor where dancing never stopped. Go dance like a fool, girl.

She watched him, but sat still so as to not mess him up. Her beautiful crystal eyes never moved from him.
'He probably thinks it's weird that I'm so old!' she thought, mentally laughing. 'Ah well. He's cute. But so young. It's a shame.'
