Melody smiled in excitement embracing her hug, "This is so exciting! I can't wait to see you two together after all this time."

Kai was heartbroken ever since the two had split and although she couldn't be there physically, Melody did the best she could while she was away. Updating him on what was happening, asking him how things were, making sure he was alright. Even if he didn't know what he was feeling at the time, Melody still got the gist of how hurt he was. She hadn't really discussed it too much with Demona since it was a mutual decision between the two but Melody decided it was best to play Antarctic while the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans parted ways.

"You must to update me on how things were while you were away!"

"Maybe Later," She held up her visitors pass "Im still not a student yet, I just got off my fright before coming here, but the basics are. Everybloody wanted to be my friend because i was famous, i threw my phone against a wall, the modeling company told me i was too fat, i had a breakdown and went home "

"So how was studying abroad for you?" Kai asked Melody after they'd sat back down and he was able to start eating his cheese and bologna sand-witch. Kai always brought his lunch in from home. There were too many choices on Monster High's menu. "Any new clues to your scaritage?"

Melody may have been one of the more 'normal' looking students at Monster High, but in reality she had been adopted by normies and for a while had been trying to learn about her Sirenic hiss-tory. Kai figured that was probably a good part of why she had decided to be in the Monster Exchange program.

"Well, the important thing is that you're home, and that's all that matters." She gave her beast friend a hug, "I missed you so much Dee," she smiled.

She glanced at Kai during her embrace with Demona and let go awkwardly, "Um, I'd prefer not to talk about it too much," she looked down at her hands and twiddled her thumbs before glancing back up at her cousin, "Overall the trip was wonderful, but, well, let's just say there are parts I'm willing to forget, I suppose."

She glanced down at her hands once more, it hurt so much when Rosswell broke the news that he was too busy to spend time with her anymore. She was crushed, granted he put it the nicest way he could have but on an hex-change trip? It was right as she was pulling a break through in her research. After that, she barely even wanted to stay, not even letting the sun touch her shimmering scales. She didn't tell anyone about the ordeal, it was too much for her to discuss, let alone with her friends or family.

"Atomica that sounds like it's not going to be easy. It's not like he has an assistant or four hands or something" She said not noticing that she may or may not have just volunteered to help Lin

Essi waited patiently while the two monsters spoke. It seems they hadn't noticed she had sat down minutes ago. She just stared at Harry's untouched food. What a waste if they didn't finish before lurch ended. Should she interrupt? There might not be time later....and she might not find him again. It seemed like such a rude..so was running out on her earlier.
"Hexcuse me but.....Harry?" " Do you have a minute?" ~

Draconia watched the colour drain from Harry's face with a bit of concern. She was just about to ask him if he was really all fright when one of the new ghouls - the star-dappled one from Kai and Layla's tour - suddenly grimterrupted.



Harry looked at Estrella, and then at Draconia, and then seemed to space out for a minute. It was as if he was staring into an abyss of nothingness.

Draconia cleared her throat, uncomfortably. Harry gave a little jump and then blurted out-


-which made Draconia blush a bit. She did not want this new ghoul to think that she insisted on such airs when speaking to her. Draconia fiddled with her hair a bit as she replied.

"Oh! No-no need to call me 'lady' anything, please! It's just Draconia. You're new, aren't you? I'm very pleased to make your acquaintence." Draconia gave the new ghoul a polite little bit of a curtsy. "I was just asking Harry if he would like to accompany me to the Skulltimate Roller Maze championship game tomorrow night. And it seems he's said yes! So....erm, I will see you tomorrow, then!"

Draconia thought for a moment. With Glen being on the SKRM team, there was no way that this could be a double date with him and Chase like she'd done with Lin. She'd be on her own this time!

"Since you're such an SKRM fan," Draconia ventured, remembering seeing Harry run out onto the track at the end of today's practice. "Perhaps we could show up early and watch the warmup? How would six o'clock sound?"
