Jacob turned away from the spoon, deciding in his drunken mopey stupor that soup was the devil. He made a sour face at Jess and he crawled to hide behind Kiah, peaking over her shoulder at jess and hissing at the soup like a kitten

Jacob tilted his head to the side a bit and looked to kiah curiously. "...nyaa? what's special about it..." he eyed her cautiously, backing away from her now in addition to jess with the ebil soup.

Jess watched him, confused before laughing at the hiss. "Fine then... Looks like I'll have it alllllll to myself~" She grinned and started eating it. "Mnn~ This is very good, Kiah. And if you're..." She paused and looked to the soup, before looking at Kiah with a slightly frantic look on her face, worried about Komui's potions.

*Grins a bit* It's made with a secret special recipe that I perfected! *Looks at the worried expressions on the other's faces and comes to a startled realization* You don't think I'd use any of those potions from that mad man, do you? *Tries to conceal her hurt look by forcing down another bite of soup, hoping to reassure them*

Jess believed her and continued to eat Jacob's bowl. "Komui's potion's have ended up in food one too many times for me... All ending badly. But I trust you.

Jacob still looked wary, but as jess continued eating the soup he pounced behind kiah again and watched jess, making sure she didn't try to sneak him the food somehow. "..." He let out a sigh and rested his head on kiah's shoulder. "...i need more to drink..." he pouted and reached in his back pocket to pull out a cigarette and lighter

*Looks at Jess thankfully, putting her own soup aside since she wasn't feeling hungry* I wouldn't use anything that man made if I was cooking. *Sighs in exasperation at Jacob's complaining, and shifts a bit to make her shoulder more comfortable*

Jacob closed his eyes as kiah became a comfy pillow and suddenly his eyes began to feel heavy. "...no...i don't wanna sleep..." he complained quietly. "cause if i sleep then i can't pretend it didn't happen...she always finds me when i sleep..." he said quietly, but his body was weak and tired. The unlit cigarette fell from his hand into kiah's lap as well as his lighter. "jess...don't let me fall asleep on the fluffeh kiah pillow
