San observed the kid for a moment, noting that he was a tamer with a avian friend. offering a smile, the ninja spoke.
"I suppsoe you are her for a ninja band huh? The kazekage is busy, so i have a few laying around to offer out. take this, and train with the other two individuals, and prep for a field evaluation. understand?"
San would chuck him a head band, and then go back to work that was on his desk

Kumiko cheered as Aika successfully performed the jutsu, clapping. "That was cool! It would be good for hiding or even spying! Got any other techniques in the scroll?" The small genin asked curiously before sitting down. "Also, do you mind if I try that one genjutsu on you again? I really wanna learn them. They're good for my kind of work!"

Shiro caught the headband in his left hand and slipped it around his neck and tied the knot in the back. He then bowed and walked out of the office and looked at the two girls. Yukiko nipped his ear playfully and Shiro smiled. "Well go on, you can go fly," he said to the bird. Yukiko made several screeching sounds that simulated laughter and then she jumped from his shoulder, being careful not to hurt him, and started to fly towards the ceiling.
Shiro looked at the two girls in front of him, but didn't say anything to them. He wanted to, but he figured he would be intruding and decided against it. Shiro looked up towards the ceiling and saw Yukiko perched on a place where she could sit. The boy smiled and looked back at the two girls, then back towards Sanshi's office, then back to them again. "Um...do either of you have a Suiton or Raiton scroll?" they would barely be able to hear him, but they would still be able to hear him. "Satetsu-san said I was to train with you two."

Like a vinyl that skipped, sans body motion stopped for a moment as he just replayed the horrible atrocity he had just heard. Becoming lord kami guru for a moment, san yelled out of his office for Kumiko.
"Kumikoooooooooooooo.....genjutsu shiro for misusing my name. Then instruct him....."

"I think there's one lying around here somewhere. Try a desk or maybe a shelf." Kumiko said in response before hearing Sanshi yell to her. "Yes, Professor!" The child yelled back before shrugging at Shiro. "Sorry, sir. I'll try to go easy on you." She began the genjutsu of Body Puppetry for another time, having doing so for several times now. The genjutsu went into effect as Shiro would begin to turn into Kumiko in his mind.

"Nah sorry, only have doton and a fuinjutsu scroll. I cant even open this thing yet..." she said turning the label outward so it read -jonin and up-. "I get a little early access to it from some sort of testing they did back at the academy...but yeah..I can lend you the chakra control based jutsu scroll if you like" She offered
Shiro looked towards Sanshi's office as he yelled for the smaller girl in front of him to put him under a genjutsu. Before she did the jutsu Shiro whistled loudly for Yukiko, which was redundent because she heard Sanshi yell to put him under a genjutsu. He was slowly turning into the girl who cast the genjutsu on him, in his eyes at least.
The transformation effects ended though when he felt an extremely sharp pain in his left arm and looked over to see Yukiko with her talons embedded in his skin. "You...didn't...have...to...go...so...deep..." he said to her in between deep breaths, trying to fight off the pain. Yukiko gave him a look that stated that she did in fact have to go that deep. "At least let me go now." She slowly released her grip and pulled her talons out of his arm, and blood followed.

Kumiko rushed over to see if she could help him with his fresh wound. What worried her most of all was that an animal had sunk its talons into the man. They weren't the cleanest of beings, which could make trouble for him. "Hold on." The genin said before hovering her hand on the wound as she began to activate the eiseijutsu she was taught an hour ago, Cleanse. "There that should help that not to get infected."

Aika took several minutes to herself to read over a jutsu while the younger girl tended to the wounds caused by a fairly large bird. She assumed by the way the boy talked to it, that it was a pet like some of the older shinobi used. Eyes in the sky could be useful. She paused and considered the jutsu that she was reading over. It increased the speed of a thrown weapon and its accuracy to expert levels. She felt it to be interesting and worth grabbing just for her thrown weapons. She pulled a kunai from a pouch disguised in her skirt and gripped the hilt. Pushing her chakra into it she examined the weapon.
The chakra seemed to be tapered to keep the wind resistance to a minimum and thus no drag on the weapon. She relaxed her grip and tried to find herself a target. She saw a empty throwing target at the other end of the training ground and let the knife loose to find its target. She drove it into the ten ring and smiled. It seemed like cheating in the skill department, but it was another type of skill.
San decided he was gong to activly train this three new ninja, give them some direction on their new jutsu.
"Shiro, why dont you try the body flicker technqiue? Its a simple movement concept, old a single hand seals and visualize where you want to go. Aika, try making a whip out of your chakra? for a dance, it would almsot be like having a scarf or something you are dancing with. Kumiko, try the chakra scaple technique. Use. your chakra and make the blade.

"Yes San sempai kun san sama! " Aika said enthusiastically. What could she say, she had a thing for whips. She gathered her chakra to her palm in a tight orb that glowed in her hands for a moment, while moving to a place that had plenty of room. Out in the yard she squeezed down on that ball of chakra, flattening it in her hand and waved her hand around in a loop, a long liquid like tendril of chakra extending as her hand went. She spun quickly and pulled in a quick action. There was a sound like a gunshot as the tip of the whip broke the soundbarrier and another as it reached the end of its length and did so again, an earsplitting crack coming from the end. She looked highly pleased at this.
_ A small white haired child would have now finally reach her destination, the training grounds to be met by a familiar sight; Sanshi surrounded by other unfamiliar faces. It had felt as if she hadn't been home in ages but still nothing had changed, Sanshi was still spending his time helping the genin with their jutsu. But she hadn't come to the university to simply observe. A warm smile would make its way across the young shinobi's face as she would run towards Sanshi, once close enough she would jump to him, hugging tightly to keep herself from falling. "Oto-san!"
"Thank you," he said to Kumiko when she used eiseijutsu to clean the wounds that Yukiko gave him. The pain would still be there. Yukiko flew up back to where she was perched again and watched the people below. Shiro watched the other girl as she continued to train, looking like she was oblivious to them.
The boy turned his head when Sanshi started to speak to them. He listened to what he had to say then replied, "Yes sir." The genin focused his chakra into the bottoms of his feet and then pushed off like he was about to start running. At the same time as he pushed his feet he made a half tiger hand sign in his left hand and disappeared, only to reappear at the end of the room.

Kumiko did as she was told and concentrated her chakra into her hands before managing to form the chakra into a long blade in her hands before looking down at it while she swung it around a couple of times. Dispersing the chakra and then taking a short rest before forming the blade agaain, Kumiko was able to make the blade out smoother than before.

San was never surprised, but there were a few things that could melt his heart and make him outright show true emotion. Turning on a dime to catch the jumping Shiroi, San would give her a true heart felt, bear sage squeeze, before holding her up to look at everyone else.
"Hey there Shiroi! Im glad you made it back from your mission ok. I have a team that was really happy with your report. Are you doing ok? Want some food? Drink? Train? Cuddly red pandas to play with?"
The professor then put the little ninja down on the ground to stand on her own feet, offering his hand so she could hold it. He spoke to the three ninja, seeing their progress.
"Very good group. Aiki, see if you cant make snakes appear out of your non existant sleeves. This should be a real trick right here...
Shiro, focus your chakra into making another, solid, version of yourself or your avian friend. its a useful, multi purpose skill to know.
Kumiko, i want you to focus you energy into our dear shiro here, and see if you cant heal him up real quick (healing hands, pick any rank you want. james knows several versions)"
